Lighting is seriously dim in the rooms. Pretty dark. Minimal lights in bathrooms. No lights at all in shower tub. Lack of hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Should look into detailing. Bed and space size reasonable. But even the rooms are poorly litted. Light switches are Not very user friendly . Breakfast is essentially sufficient. Basic spread and acceptable.

I won't spare too much time reviewing this hotel. My room had cockroaches and a big one on my bed. They literally just use a sheltox spray which leaves an awful smell in the room. Indeed, I had my room changed multiple times but the experience itself at the middle of the night is horrendous. This hotel needs a serious makeover. Till then, I suggest to avoid at all cost! For a bit more, you could get a better hotel on the waterfront row.

Stayed here as it was 5mins walk from my client's office. Room was decent - I paid for a sea view room which was a good choice, especially since the small window can be opened for ventilation. Had to change the first room I got as it smelt of cigarette smoke - staff was very good about finding an alternative room. Second room was OK - but not clean. There was hair from a previous guest on the carpeted floor, and a dead cockroach in the bathroom under the sink. Both were still there the next day despite housekeeping having come in to clean (I did not highlight these issues to them, and clearly they did not notice either!). I did not have breakfast although included in the room rate. My colleague who had their breakfast said it was mediocre. Overall decent option if you are there for work and just need something practical. But ask them to clean and re-clean your room!…

Decent hotel. The room was clean and the towels fluffy. The light switches were a bit confusing but we figured it out eventually. Courteousl staff. The breakfast buffet is basic ...not great. The bar serves a great long island tea but no beer on tap. I would stay there again.

Superb hotel, affordable price, the room is nice & clean, TV got several channel like HBO/FOX, AC/hot shower working well, toileteries available, breakfast is good, staff is friendly. Free parking for guest available. Hotel very near to waterfront (walking distance), oceanus mall just in front of hotel
