We booked seaview room, overall room condition was okay, we enjoy the environment and clean sand beach, thumb up ! They offer steamboat with seaview, food was okay but view was stunning. We also rent free bicycle around the resort area, their breakfast was having variety choices as well, food is delicious too :) Hopefully near future we will come back again, location was perfect, finding food for less than 15 minutes drive,

Mediterranean theme buffet nite without nuts nor fruit...wonder why they name it Mediterranean. Food in general was all right but definitely not right theme,it was a disappointment 😞The air con ducts are dripping water.However service is good,waiter and waitress are smilling and try to solve the dripping issue...

Seafood quality grade is not up to 5 star standard. Usually these 3 types only. The bread should be served hot like heated from oven Not enough verity of drink being served, just coffee/Sabah Tea/water with lemon slices. Reasonable price for international guess. Dessert and cakes are at good.

I just love everything about this hotel. The staff and room cleaning was good too. Waking up to a sea breeze definitely made my day. Overall okay and convenient for me and my dad. Definitely will come again for a longer stay.

Highly recommended for a family vacation. Very chilled place and well maintained considering its age. Pleasant and helpful service by all staff we interacted with Great location with easy access to KK's main shopping centres and also popular eateries. Enjoyed the daily varied breakfast buffet. Would love to see Malay kuih's served up during breakfast to add a bit more of a Malaysian touch.

From the moment we walked in, Sanipa's customer service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and the drinks came quickly. The food was delicious, the Italian buffet beautifully presented, the desserts were next level. We'll be back tomorrow!!
