I stayed in this hotel from 16th February to 20th February 2020. This hotel satisfied my simple needs and therefore I will stay here again. I took their shuttle to visit the Suria Sabah mall and Imago mall. Nearby this hotel there are convenience stores and 7-Eleven plus restaurants and hawker stalls.

This hotel is at the edge of Kota Kinabalu towards the airport, walking distance from a large mall (Imago). The room was spacious with AC, TV, fridge, free WiFi, safe and kettle with supplies to make your own tea/coffee. The bathroom was large too with a separated shower and nice towels. Everything was clean and the night was quiet. Breakfast was served buffet style with a decent selection of food to choose from. There are a few small restaurants around the corner where you easily can find dinner. You can change money at the Imago mall (much better rate than the airport).

Liked the size of the room and that about it. Location is rather somewhere hidden, no car park for hotel guest, low lighting at lift area makes it feel like u're on a hunted hotel. Stayed for 2 nights but my dustbin was not even clear and my bathroom amenity wasn't replenished. Not a good overall experience.

However, the street parking is only payable during office hours and free thereafter. This place is not exactly at the centre of the town but you have a complimentary shuttle to bring you to the most shopping place in KK. The place itself it's quite cozy & clean which is nice to be staying at. The amenities inside the room is ample for most ppl needs. Maybe a toothpaste will be helpful of coz. The TV reception is good enough to watch. Also in the list of things that the room have, it stated that there is ironing provided which i didnt see it inside my room (maybe is for a different type of room). I also smell a bit of cigarette inside the room even though when the reception asked if I want a smoke free room & I say yes. Still overall this is a nicest place for ppl who want a short or long duration stay in KK area. Highly recommended.
