When we visit Kota Kinabalu, friends recommend us this hotel, the location of the hotel is very centre and convenient, around the hotel, you can find shopping centre nearby and lot of restaurants and also near seaside.we love the friendly and helpful staff .
Good services and nice staff. Great location. Very responsive to your needs. Rooms are good enough to feel relaxed and get good sleep. Mid-level asian hotel that showed consistently good service for the duration of my stay. 4 stars. In the USA this would be a 5 star hotel costing four times the price!
My second stay here, the receptionist recognizes me and upgraded to a different room. Room is clean, housekeeping, front office staff very friendly, great location, nearby many restaurants, , will come back and stay again.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The room they assigned to me had broken toilet. They refused to change that room unless I would cancel my booking.com reservation. Basically, they are pressuring customers into cancelling OTA bookings to avoid paying the commission. The room was small and ugly. They are dozens of better hotels around at similar price point.
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with no regret. We were given deluxe room with a view of Gaya Market on Sunday morning. The room is comfortable. If you didn't bring toiletries, they provide it inclusive of toothbrush, toothpaste and even a comb. The staff are very friendly.
