Spacious room and clean room. Parking is chargeable RM1.00 per hour. Good location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff not helpful, we requestd wine opener but the they informed us there has no wine opener in the hotel, they asked us drive to nearby shop (OneStop) to try our luck. Hmmm, it's wierd 4 star hotel without wine opener.

Very reasonable cost yet high quality of all things. The staffs are professional, breakfast perfect and tasty, rooms bright clean and comfortable, modern style model. It takes approximately 15 minutes to downtown by taxi, usually has a small night market next to the hotel on Saturday night. There are also some restaurants and shops around the area.

Hotel staff did not inform on the change in operation hours of the gym hence a group of us did not get to enjoy the facility. Hotel staff to have better communication and service in terms of informing the hotel guests. Great place to stay though but for these kind of service it’s a no from me.

In fact we have no changes on our operation hours however, after a investigation, we found out that staff at Gym did not give the right information to your good self. Rest assured the concerned staff has been briefed on this matter and disciplinary action has been taken on this matter. Thank you once again for highlighting this matter. It was a business trip and room key was ready upon my arrival. It took mer less than 5 minutes to head to my rooms. Friendly staffs and value for money! This hotel has full gym equipment n a sizeable swimming pool facilities.

Was advertised as airport transport. Not true,Grab a grab car (uber) very cheap. Hotel is also 20 mins from city. no public transport. Use taxi or grab(uber). Pool was excellent and not very busy.Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel has a modern look, and closeby to airport and town (approximately 15-20mins drive). Oh please do note car park fee is required as the parking space is outsource (RM5 per entry if you have validate the parking ticket at the Front Desk before paying..) And we would like to thank the lady Duty Manager and Housekeeping personnel who managed to locate our lost item after room change (I'm sorry to be quite a pain insisting this to be found, but the 3D drawing papers that we bought from Sabah Museum are meaningful to the children). Overall a good stay, and the breakfast is good 👍, and vegetarian friendly too because of the varieties. A little cons is that the A/C was kinda out of service but they managed to change our rooms exactly the adjoining like what we had for the 1st night. Thank you and we hope to be back soon :)…

We stayed two nights here. The rooms were considered big for the price. The amenities were still very new; clean, functioning, smells fresh. So like most things in Malaysia, it will only tell after three years. The check in process was a bit slow. The morning breakfast could be better. There were not enough servers to clear the tables and we had to wait holding our plate of breakfast. On the card it says breakfast starts at 6:30am. We were there at 7am and some dishes were still not ready. The egg station (where you order your scramble and whatever egg) was not ready till we almost finished breakfast. We were there for the room and bed, so it was OK!

Only stayed here for one night but the hotel part I stayed in had been refurbished. It wasn’t five star and we had heaps of mosquitos in our room till we sprayed. Air conditioning was freezing but most welcome after being outside. Food for breakfast was more than adequate and staff were really helpful. It was a good start to our holiday as it met all our requirements for that quick short stay.

Stayed here as part of Trip a deal for two nights. Paid Peanuts for the tour, and after Trip a deal China tour success, were more confident and were not disappointed with the accommodation at Accor or any accommodation on the tour Borneo Two for One.
