Very reasonable cost yet high quality of all things. The staffs are professional, breakfast perfect and tasty, rooms bright clean and comfortable, modern style model. It takes approximately 15 minutes to downtown by taxi, usually has a small night market next to the hotel on Saturday night. There are also some restaurants and shops around the area.

Spacious room and clean room. Parking is chargeable RM1.00 per hour. Good location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff not helpful, we requestd wine opener but the they informed us there has no wine opener in the hotel, they asked us drive to nearby shop (OneStop) to try our luck. Hmmm, it's wierd 4 star hotel without wine opener.

* Great location. * Near by exclusive hospital. * Have some of 24 mini markets around. * Have ATM machine around. * Have restaurant around. * Have nice hotel decoration especially at lobby. * Nice and large room. * Nice and complete gym facilities. * Nice view at swimming pool. * The bathroom complete with amenities. * The wardrobe complete with safety box, drawers, hangers, iron and ironing boards, mini fridge, steam kettle, coffee amenities. * TV channels have lot of choise either from local channels or international channels. * The air-cond functioning very well. * The bed is so comfort. * Hair dryer inside the bathroom. * Have hose bidet. * Shower drainage is functioning properly. * Water pressure is excellent.
Need to highlight; * The entrance door can't close properly. * Moldy at shower section. * The WiFi sometimes is not connected.

Hotel staff did not inform on the change in operation hours of the gym hence a group of us did not get to enjoy the facility. Hotel staff to have better communication and service in terms of informing the hotel guests. Great place to stay though but for these kind of service it’s a no from me.

In fact we have no changes on our operation hours however, after a investigation, we found out that staff at Gym did not give the right information to your good self. I wouldnt often rave about a hotel as much as this one, but to be honest this is the best hotel I have stayed in for sometime. As soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted and instantly given an upgrade to the privilege room, a modern spacious room with everthing you every needed,and very very clean. Now I know this hotel is less than a year old but all the amenities are modern and pretty flash. The restaurant staff where friendly and helpful when required, food and beer are reasonable approx RM15 glass of beer and RM6-8 for fries.
As for the front of house staff they couldnt do any more for me if they tried. The swimming pool area is great too catering for kids and adults. There was a small gym.
Within walking distance of the hotel is the modern Metro town with plenty of restaurants(cheap to expensive) and a pub called the Bulldog, pricey for KK. Admittedly the town is a fair way away and a taxi is really the only option as there is currently NO shuttle, taxi cost around RM25-30. Taxi from airport costs around RM35-40. Great hotel highly recommended. A true asset to the Accor group.

I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is new and clean. Highly recommended to friends and family. The hotel is located outside the city which is perfectly fine for us. It is located at Metro town which is near to residential area of Kota Kinabalu. It is very easy to get into the city!

the hotel is stand alone with jesselton private hospital. quite isolated. in front of hotel has quite selection of eatery palce for dinner and lunch. recomended the kamchai kopitiam and others. the pool is great with kid pool available. but the best is the breakfast selection and variety is as good as 4-5 star hotel in the city. the taste is great too. it great place to rest and relax butborinh if u planned for another activity.

Bookmark this hotel! Nice comfy room, like the personalised greetings on the LED tv, personal touch. Friendly staff and a MUST to try out the Gym and Pool! There's retail shops next to the hotel, if you need the Retail Therapy. And the much talk-about Jesselton Medical Centre is just next to the hotel. Great for medi-tourist too.

Our travel agent booked this hotel for us as an overnight stay .. the hotel appears to be relatively new and as such the rooms show no sign of wear. We were lucky enough to stay in a "privilage " room which was very spacious with all the mod cons including a Nespresso pod coffee maker, room safe and mini bar. The bed was comfortable and king size. The only draw back is the hotels location....a 35 ringgit taxi to the waterfront and main city centre. As the property appears to be located in an industrial area, it would suite visiting executives...but not tourists.

The hotel is located in the central area of the Kolombong commercial and industrial district and is 15-20 minutes drive away from Kota Kinabalu's town centre and is approximately around RM30-35 per way by taxi. The facilities we have available for our guests suits both the business and leisure travelers as well. Daily shuttle services is available and provided by the hotel for the convenience of our leisure guests as well. Nevertheless, on your return stay with us, allow us to provide an extensive itinerary for your trip in Kota Kinabalu and then later return back to the hotel with all the luxury comforts and peacefulness we provide compared to most hotels in town. This hotel offer nothing to carpark, regardless of 1s. Walking to payment booth which located behind the hotel is inconvenience , unsheltered area to payment booth also a big disaster during raining day.

First and foremost, my team and I thank you for staying with us recently as your preferred choice of accommodation in Kota Kinabalu. We are glad to know that you have enjoyed your stay with us and have felt comfortable with the modern and luxurious room comforts and amenities we have to offer during your recent stay. We are most regretful that the matter pertaining to the issuance and validation of the car parking ticket has caused your entire comfortable stay with us to be poor. A third party car park management has been recently appointed on March 1, 2016 to facilitate and manage the common car parking premises that is shared between the hotel and other businesses. Although we regret that there has been "teething" issues arising from this implementation, we are working closely with the operator to make arrangements to have a validation system at our lobby. This is to ensure our guests are not further inconvenienced especially on the need to obtain the validation stamp for a reduced flat parking fee for our hotel guests instead of the hourly public parking rate charged at RM1.00. Also, there is a 20 minute grace period that is offered to all cars entering the car park without any charge or need to get the ticket validated. nevertheless, we shall raise this matter with the car park operators immediately. Please be rest assured that such inconvenience will no longer recur once the validation machine is located in the hotel lobby soon. We do have an executive corner provided exclusively for our distinguished guests suitable for breakfast seatings and providing all day serving of coffee, tea or chilled juices accompanied with cookies. Unfortunately, we do not provide the services such as evening cocktails.
Our location that is next to a specialist medical centre and is certainly not any similarity to a general hospital. We are located in a small township called metrotown and has the conveniences of banks, restaurants and convenience stores as well. We are only less then 15 minutes to Kota Kinabalu's town centre. Taxi's, Uber and Grab services are available.
We apologize that we have not been your preferred accomodation in Kota Kinabalu. Please be rest assured that the facilities, services and design of our guest rooms and hotels would be similar to our larger sister hotels.
