Booked for 3 nights with family for a seaview private villa with swimming pool. Understand because of covid some facilities like gym and SPA are closed. What is good: 1) Unit is spacious for a family of 4 adults with basic facilities and toiletries. 2) The reception staffs are very accomodating and helpful with fast action. 3) Quiet and less crowded. 4) Design of unit is beautiful. What is negative and needed serious improvement: 1) Unit is very run down. 2) refrigerator leaking, 3) folding doors cannot closed after openning with worn out rails, 4) masterbed old with squeeky sound, 5) toilet shower plug missing. 6) swimming pool extremely small can only have one person to swim. 7) TV channels limited to only a few 8) No Free WIFI in the unit. Need to pay to loan a portable WIFI for unit use. 9) A lot of flies sharing your breafast meal at their cafe area. 10) Limited choice of continental breafast and fried chicken is cold. 11) Need a car because nearest restaurant is about 20 minutes drive away. Takes about 60-90 minutes drive from airport to the unit depending on traffic. Avoid the 5-6pm with heavy traffic if possible. Not worth value for money. Would not recommend this resort.…

It was nice, private pool makes it better. The beach is just near the villa. We got perfect locations with sunset view just at the back of our villa. The place is clean and splendid. Staff is friendly and really helpful. definitely recommended!

So good place to stay, have beach and swimming pool, really relaxing, and I meet very good grab driver to show us around, he is very kind and friendly driver, if anyone travel to borneo can find this driver (JACK +60128435750), he can do city tour, Kinabalu park tour, firefly tour, airport transfer and many more, I will come back and stay here again. 👍

Our favourite staycation during school holiday. Been in these villa for 3rd time already. We stayed for 2nights. Booked online via their website. The booking process was much easy and no hidden fees. The villa was clean and comfortable during our stay plus the whole environment was pleasant and cosy. The kids love the pool so much.Private pool btw. Definitely be back!!

Booking via whatsapp and the process just smooth and no hidden fees. you paid in full and it settle. Also the borneo beach villas staff at receptions is really friendly staff. we booked 1 night at bedroom spa suite. The place it so comfortable and nice sea view. All complete, the tv with international channel, enjoy a private steam bath & hot tub was so awesomerr, air-cond and fan working good, the small kitchen especially the microwave oven u can heat the food, icebox.. Overall this place Very Good! Recommend those who want to escape from stress & problem for a while. Thank You Borneo Beach Villas for the all facility. Will be back here again.
