This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I should have suspected something was wrong when we pulled up outside. It’s a huge building but no concierge. Instead they are selling fruit. The whole reception is empty except for a few old chairs. The signs at reception “cash only credit card machine broken” and “TV service broken”. However, nothing prepared me for the room. I turned back the bedsheets to see an ominous stain beneath the sheet. I lifted the sheet to see a blood stain. We were given another room. The bedsheets I. This room had holes in them. They upgraded us to a ‘suite’. The sheets looked ok but at it not been 10pm I would have found a new hotel. The hotel has been left to ruin. Everything if sellable value in the room was stripped. No mini bar/ fridge, no safe deposit. The furniture was old, damaged and dirty. The walls were dirty, everything was dusty, dirty. They provided 2 thread bare towels. In the morning I saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Fortunately we hadn’t booked breakfast. I would be too scared to eat there. We could face visiting the pool. I don’t know how this hotel is still listed on any website.

I arrived here to attend a meeting and travelling with an infant and a 2-year-old son Arrival: was greeted with a smile with the bell boy: pickup our 4 big suitcases. I check in .it was swift and easy. The bell boys were assisting me to the lobby lift and the room. Meeting and conference: exquisite hospitality, vast space was provided with good host..it is a winner Wifi and electricity: has been quite often 2 major power trips has happened while I was preparing a presentation..the horror ...luckily the laptop battery stills holds... my rooms were at the farthest distance so wifi connection was very poor as was told the router was located near to the lift area, luckily TP-link provided by the hotel was very helpful Housekeeping: at one day since I'm travelling with kids, therefore private family time is precious. so I told the housekeeper that I'm going out at 1200 noon and will be back at 1:30 pm, and I enquire can my room be tidy up by then, she said okay no problem. soon enough when we arrived the room is still messy and not being makeup yet ..then the housekeeper cart pulls up and enquires to clean the room. since we are tired we just waited there outside while it was clean. for the past 4 days and 3 nights, No proper vacuum cleaning was done..dust under the table, behind the curtains. The bathroom floor and marble tile at the sink as well as the table glass are not clean and leave with stains all over it though complements are due Catery Cafe: exquisite dining hospitality, variety and most tasty breakfast spread with a thought of parents with kids which meals are tailored. room service: with provided carts to keep meals hot until we are ready to eat in the room. I humble applauded to the chef and cattery services

The lobby has no air cond service and the room has unpleasant smell seems like no people stay in this hotel for quite long time but no doubt the room was comfortable with big bathroom. Only provided shampoo, shower gel one each. However this hotel is the good choice which located near to airport, can have a short rest before depart to airport.

We stayed in the Century for 5 days and had a great time. We stayed in the 8th floor and the connecting rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and of a good standard. Housekeeping was very good and bedding and towels were changed daily. Good air conditioning. Would recommend.

I've been there four times in the last half year - location (Close to the river, the city center, shops, bars, simple but good restaurants...), price, service, rooms, executive lounge: I'll be back :-) Room for improvement: pool and gym "are okay" (kids did definetly like it)

The choice of hotel was due to its proximity to airport which was only 5 minutes drive away. Grab ride sharing if possible, as the cheapest option to get to airport. A local taxi would cost you 3-4x the ride sharing fare. Another reason is the convenience of a variety of restaurants right opposite the hotel. The hotel was showing obvious signs of fatigue and poor maintenance. The size of hotel appears as 4* but it's probably managed more like 3*. Rooms were so-so but acceptable. Don't expect too much though it was previously managed as 4.Points under Sheraton.

An extremely quiet hotel with very few hotel guests during my 2 nights stay. We felt a bit eerie when we took the lift and walked along the long corridor heading towards our room. The furnitures in the room are not well maintained also. Something interesting to share here. During the checked in, we even saw a long table at one corner of the lobby where papayas were displayed for sale. This was the first time in my life where I encountered people selling fruits in hotel lobby. Overall, the hotel price is still reasonable and staff were quite friendly.

Seriously, the 1 star I hardly give here is just for the cheap rate. I checked in a double single bed room with only RM140/- nett, cheap ya? Well, it's terrible experience I hadwhich make me immediately check out in the middle night !! I checked in at floor 7,The room seem fine, but stain all over cover. No tissue box provided, TV is not function , table lamp is not working, No Wifi! Door slaming sound comes from room while I taking bath. Trying to convince myself is the sound proof problems. Trying to resting around 10pm, the sound from above start, kinda few people's running upstairs . In the room? I off the tv and trying not to think, the running sounds, the table moving sounds.... And suddenly something slam on the window! I jumped up from bed, and it was almost 12midnight! Without a second delayed, I out from the room and go down to lobby. I checked with counter, the staff ensured " the 8floor is not open. Definitely no body upstairs!! What a xxxx!
