The first room they gave us is on the top floor it is downright creepy. I think we are the only room on that floor. The kitchen light very dim and uncomfortable with smoky smell. The other room need a little upgrade😅

Family room was spacious and complete with pantry and was too good for the price we paid. However, there was dust in a few corner and bathroom also got mold in the corner. Hotel also got its own restaurant. There were also few restaurants and steamboat within walking distance.

Perhaps it was my luck, but the room I got was terrible. The first room had the faucet come off the wall!!! This in turn flooded the toilet which revealed more that I would have liked to see coming out from the drainage. My second room had a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. The bed was comfortable for a nights rest. This hotel is a walk away from the the waterfront and the closest mall is a 10 minute walk. The best things about this place was the price, but you could do better with the same price.

We booked White Cottage but somehow we were given another room. I am really disappointed . But the room service are friendly. Please improve the hotel system😅 so all that stay are much more satisfied.

Hi everyone. If u crazy of river view in Kuching, this hotel is definitely in your list. Imperial Riverbank Hotel just located at the Riverside Kuching. Walk out from the hotel is just near to the Kuching old town street where you can experience the culture of Kuching. Along the riverside street at night u will enjoy the busking band all the night. Of coz, there will a open air market just a few km away where you can walk to. Various choices of restaurant to put in your list. And the famous Cat Statue Kuching just infront of Mcdonald building where you can have a picture with.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It’s good for low budget traveler like me. It’s still around waterfront but pretty far to walk. As I arrived in the 1st day, I saw the building is pretty old same as the hotel rooms. When I booked, the facilities included bath tub but when I checked the bathroom, it isn’t there. I felt a bit dissatisfied since I intended to relax in it. Things inside the room are still fine, it’s just no remote for tv so I had to go back and forth to change the channel n stuff. The air conditioning is good, but the WiFi is a bit broken I guess. Once I tried to connect it, it had problem so I called the receptionist few times. Then it was fine all day until the next day, I couldn’t even connect it for a day till I checked out. Hmm. No idea why, kinda lazy to ask again. Food in the resto is good, I expected there would be cereal but they don’t have it haha they have like rice, noodle, bread, coffee, tea.. One thing, here we don’t need to deposit like other hotel I’ve ever spent the nights (tax is still compulsory). The receptionist is friendly. Love it. …

Lived in the White Cottage. Nice service. Friendly hotel assistant. Foods are ok. Comfortable room. Provides parking space for those who stay in the hotel. Walking distance to other food stall. Good for family that travels together.

Stayed here for 2 nights after leaving previous place because of it being grotty & noisy. Staff at Grand Supreme have been wonderful. They have completely looked after me as a solo female traveller. Yes it's not the Hilton but it's not Hilton prices either! Just £2 a night more than the grotty hostel & I've got quiet, clean room with private bathroom. Amazing powerful shower, lovely massive comfy bed. Free breakfast is wonderful. The staff are so kind, they cannot do enough for you & service is with a smile. Air con is fabulous. Last but not least they're letting me have a late check out at no extra cost! 3 min walk from famous laksa cafe Choon Hui, 4rm or 10/15 walk to riverfront. Laundrette 1 min away. Next door to Lepau? amazing restaurant.

Had a chance to stay for 1 night due to non availability at Grand Continental Hotel. The room is just fine with basic amenities, its clean and look okay. However washrooms are not in best condition and really requires make-over. However since its a budget hotel I believe one can manage with such shortcomings. Breakfast is not the one you expect even in budget hotel, very few varieties that too not well prepared. Seats too were limited.

The room rate is RM80 per day. Requested for a room with 2 single beds. Very good for the rate. Could be cheaper for single bedded room.There is a TV, table, cupboard,coffee making facility and shower with hot water. Beds are clean.They provide light breakfast too.I believe this is real value for money. For the price you pay, I would give an excellent rating.You can also have a good lunch at RM5.00 , (black coffee and tea are provided free) while the restaurant next door will charge you RM12.00. Twenty minutes walk to the water front area.Above all, the staff at the reception are excellent. Superb service from all of them. All are well mannered and speak politely with good English. Minor weaknesses: 1. Wifi in the room is weak. Gets cut off on and off. 2. Soap and shampoo are provided but no toothbrush. You have to bring your own. 3. Limited channels :AlJazeera, Macau Movie Channel, Channel Asia and local channels. The above weaknesses are not an issue for the price and convenience. Overall good to stay here.…
