Wow they finally have trip advisor for Kuching Branch! I had very bad experience staying at this hotel last year, 2017. Reception allowed more than 5 people (Guess more than 10 people in the room) to overnight and had party in the room. They were party and turned on the clubbing song loudly. I was just staying at the same floor with those teenagers. Complained many times yet no action at all. No security guard at all and only 1 male receptionist was working on that night. I assumed he might afraid to warn them. As a receptionist, you know how loud was the sound and we had complained so many times yet it wasn't solve, but at least do something like get other room for us. Luckily after many times complained and requested, you manage to get one room for us. (Which you should done earlier) To the Management of this hotel, PLEASE, do something and don't ruin your company's image. Train your staff. Can you imagine how bad was the night? How loud was the song? I posted to all of the Kemena Hotel because I unable to find Kuching branch, but NO reply at all from the management. BAD and POOR service.

Good, cheap clean place to stay. Few amenities but has WiFi! Alley cat good cafe bar next door. Not too far away from the attractions. Great for a single night stay if you need to catch a plane the next day.
