I had a school reunion dinner on 14/9/2019 and it happened that the venue was chosen as to mark our memories of the building history of an "Roxy cinema" to Roxy hotel and our school which was and still is just opposite the hotel. We used to see movies at the cinema after our Friday classes ended at 12.30pm. The food serves and during the dinner was perfect and affordable
The room is clean, bed is comfortable except the layout of the coffee/tea , writing table need to rearrange for better spacing , the hanging of clothes and hangers are not suitable because it looks ugly too with our naked eyes. There is so much more to do on deco to make it a better place to stay.
Would like the management to just pay a little bit of services to make guests happy like welcome drinks.
The dinning at Cha Cha Restaurant at Level 7, need alot of improvement especially the buffet breakfast - there should be a bit variety of food eg fried noodles, fried rice, a mixture of salad, mixture of 2 fruits cakes/ buns . The waiter and waitress are excellent - tip top service to clear the tables

Stay Roxy hotel for 4nights. Overall: Comfortable and relaxing. Hotel is still new and hygiene. Good for breakfast buffet provided, simple local food serve, laksa meet my expectations, nice. Just the location strategy not really good for walking distance from place to place. Luckily grab in Kuching very good, fast service and cheap.

Booked an apartment , the washing machine was extremely smelly and dirty , I had to buy a machine cleaner myself to clean it , I had to because I have a kids and I need to use it almost everyday . I also had to clean the filter in the dryer as well . The curtains , table cloths were all with stains. I would not recommend.

The location of this hotel is the only real positive about this place. It’s close to the airport and easy to get to. Otherwise,,there is nothing special about this hotel. The room was very dusty and the shower was moldy all over. The sad part is, this is a relatively new hotel so no reason to have rooms in this condition. The bed was comfy but the air conditioning was very noisy. There was a decent breakfast included. Nothing special but eggs, sausages, congee and toast. I would not choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kucking.

I had stayed in this hotel twice in 2019.. The hotel has good location and I would say that the rooms are comfortable, nice & clean.. BUT unfortunately, the staffs are mostly not friendly and sometimes rude.. TOTALLY! May it be the Front Desk, F&B or even Housekeeping.. It seems that the management has failed to provide staffs with enough proper HOSPITALITY training..

Nice modern hotel and the price was very good. Their was usually someone at reception that spoke English. Had a front room on the 3rd floor. Traffic can be a little noisy but good outlook over the area and from the restaurant and breakfast room on the 7th floor, you get a lovely view over Kuching and the hills. Had a problem with the fridge, hot water and power but it was fixed very quickly. Bed very comfortable. Opposite the hotel is a very popular ice cream shop and across the road is local shops and a vegetable, fish and chicken market. Also within walking distance is a modern shopping centre. Nice to have air conditioning as it was very hot while we were there. Enjoyed the free breakfast each morning which had good food and there was enough variety.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room are clean. cosy and comfortable, well maintained. Have ample parking space. Near to medical centre and commercial centre, a 10 mins ride form Kuching international Airport. The breakfast is average. Eventhough it is location at the busy 3rd.mile round about, you can still have a quiet night sleep if you choose 5th floor and above. A stunning view of the sun setting behind the Matang ranges.

The place is well furnished with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and laundry room, it is easily accessible to other places, very clean rooms. Breakfast is provided with simple food but must be early as it share with hotel guests. Separate entrance for apartment using card access to level 1 or 6.
