Went to kuching for a short business trip. Managed to check in without a hitch and the staff were all very professional. Perfect for a business trip. Hassle-free and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
Front desk staffs by the name of Ms Ayuni & Ms Mee Mee are very helpful. Always a smile on their face. They deserved a promotion from the management of Pullman Hotel Kuching. Will definitely stay in Pullman Hotel Kuching again. Thank you 😊
The staff was so friendly and helpful, proactive, efficient and did really well in carrying out their duties. We were launching a brand at the pre function foyer and the banquet staff attended to us professionally. Notably the banquet staff by the name Kevin, he's been a great help and he would always smile and try his best to attend to the customers needs. This is the example we need from a hospitality business an employee who serves with joy and sincerity. Overall, food was great, technical wise all was working smoothly. We will come back again soon.
Review pullman hotel on the 21-22 January 2023 (Beyond Expectations) Me and my family would like to convey our gratitude and thanks to your staff. 1. Mr.Julien - He was very helpful upon our arrival helping to carry our baggages and sending and showing us our rooms. He have a very good attitude with his greetings.Fast check-in and staff friendly 2. Mr.Eustance Marthias - upon checking in our rooms. After an hour, i request for new rooms as we found out that there is problem with the aircond. Mr. Eustance immediately respond to our needs. In a short while we move to new rooms which was more comfortable with beautiful views. We really appreciate your staff Mr.Eustance for his quick actions. He also arranged the transportation when we went swimming at hilton hotel. He is a very responsive staff and have a very good attitude in attending guests. 3.Good service from security Mr.Samuel giving us parking for easy access in and out. Im giving highest Star to them. We hope that they will always give the best services to other guests in future. Gonna repeat staying in this hotel for our next vacations or holiday. Overall all is good and satisfied. Many assisted in every single matters especially a new staff named Helfi whom did his best in accommodating a best service timely. Never forget to thank each and every staff whom did their best hospitality during our stay, truly appreciated much. Wishing all the very best in your growth and to have more visits soon. The Pullman was probably a fine experience when it first opened and the staff are definitely doing their best here - everyone is very friendly with service and greetings . But the pandemic , and cost cutting, have left obvious impacts. First the rooms are big, definitely a bonus , but there are no face or hand towels, no conditioner, no name bath gel and shampoo , no body cream, only one robe for two persons, etc. Everything has been cut back . There are also very few plugs in the room and one of the two by the desk wasn’t working. The breakfast is a train station You must find your own table , silverware etc. Good gets replaced occasionally. The staff run to keep up with the guests but there aren’t enough staff and so by 0930 the place looks very messy with dishes piled high on tables. The gym is great , older machines but still very complete . But there are no towels. The pool is also very large and nice but again it need to be cleaned - there’s an assortment of hair, twigs and other objects in it. Fundamentally the hotel has the potential to be 5 star but more attention to servicing would help.…
The room is very spacious and comfortable. The room is very clean and well maintain as well. Internet speed in the room is fast, easy too connect. Breakfast provides great variety of foods. Staff are friendly.

I think this hotel don't have General Manager or manager who in charged, stay on year 2021 when travel started after MCO, carpet on lift lobby is dirty like long time haven't been vacuum, stay Dec this year, carpet still the same, very dirty and seem like not been vacuum for long time. The receptionist that checked me in, i can tell is the most unpleasant front desk staff i have been dealing with, not even bother to open his mouth and no smile, can tell that he don't like his job, i wondering front desk supervisor or manager didn't see that they have a staff that not enjoying what he is doing?
The front office team are doing a great job as I feel really welcomed, and they take care my needs. However, the lady ( Chinese) at the Cafe wasn't friendly at all, when I tried to order some food she was focusing on her phone. And feel distributed when I speak to her. And I didn't get the chance to check the bill before she ask for the payment. I have mentioned this experience in the survey of hotel but it seems like they don't even bother to respond. Then why bother to send me survey?
