This is a short trip to Kuching city. There is a team building program for me to conduct at the beach the next day. Before driving up to the venue the principal put me in this nice cosy hotel 360xpress.

This is a boutique hotel located near the town centre. Can't remember the street name but very near to the Hills Mall and Riverside Majestic at the Waterfront.

The hotel is a converted shoplots and nicely designed by the operator. It is only one storey high but equipped with a lift to ensure accessibility by their guests especially those bringing big suitcase. It has a spacious lobby where you can have free WiFi internet access to check your emails or simply browsing the Net.

The room provided to me was the superior and it is nicely furnished with modern furniture. The room is spacious to fit 6 adult if you put in extra matresses. The bed is a five star standards together with its linen. You are pampered with four big pillows for the double bed. Surprisingly the toilet is also very big and have hot and cold water.

There is a dresser double up as writing table for you to do your work if needed. Coffee making facility is a standard equipment and the usual Nescafe and tea is provided. There is no WiFi internet in the room but the hotel provide the UTP cable for you to connect your laptop to the Net. However, the one in my room is not working when I tried use it.

I almost forgot that the room was furnished with a nice timber flooring that make the room feels luxurious. This made it different with other hotels that usually fitted with wall to wall carpet.

There is a small coffee house located at the ground floor of this hotel. I did not have the chance to sample anything from there as I have to leave early the next morning. If you fancy walking to nearby shops there is a lot more to choose for food and snacks.

I will surely come back to this hotel if traveling for a short trip.

Im the one who used to stay at 360 xpress hotel kuching.1st of all 360 is very nice and comfort place to stay then the location was quite strategic which is near to town area. But one of your staff was making me dissapointed at all. I understand that this few days your system is problem and you guys have to do it manual. I was check out few days ago from room 704. He was very rude.there is no smile and polite at all.im just asking someone to open the door because my keycard was left inside.i think its not a big deal since the hotel only provide one key for each room.one more thing im asking when is my room is ready? He just make dont know and suddenly mad at me.this is what we call good service or attitude? Previously i was met this guy also then i think nothing change from this guy. Hello!! 360 is one of better place to stay but why u keep staff like this????!!. Your management shoud give action with this staff.im not really sure his name but his a tall guy with bad conversation.i think i spoke in english but he was reply me in what kind of language i dnt even know.

I booked the room online and stayed here for 2 nights. A good place to stay in Kuching. Near to the waterfront..about 10 minutes walk only. The room was clean and good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They can improve on having a wifi in the rooms instead of only in the lobby.

Stayed here in February for 4 days, the booking I made in October was simple, booked single deluxe by email and was no problem. The staff emailed promptly after any messages I sent. Booking was so easy. I also booked the transfer for an amazing price of RM5.99. Once I arrived at the hotel at about 10am I thought I would have to wait for my room, but was given my room after a short check in. Staff on reception was great, and the reception itself was so large and impressive. My single deluxe room was actually quite large, a larger than single size bed, a nice flat screen tv, and a in room safe, which is a big plus for the price. The room was a nice colour, a nice soft colour, a very chic and funky hotel. The rooms were cleaned immaculately every day. There was also trips bookable on reception, 1 to the orangutang santuary and another to the cultural village which were both amazing. There was a huge plasma tv in reception which showed sport mostly which pleased me. Location was great also, very near to everything you need. There was also a lovely cafe at the hotel, which served nice meals, form local food to burgers, chicken etc. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cheap airport transfers! Great quality hotel for the price. Rooms don't have windows, but it's not something we worried about. Free wifi in the lobby.. You might be able to access wifi depending on what room you are in. I am!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. 5 minutes to the waterfornt. You can reach everything by walking. The hotel room didn't had a window, got fridge in the room and AC. They have a little restaurant down stairs where you can eat western and local food.Staff is friendly.

This is my very first time staying in the boutique hotel or so called budget hotel. Unexpectedly, the kind of feel was like I'm gonna change to other hotels that provided better services and room. First, the driver that we hired for pick up and bringing us around Sarawak was giving us a bad appeareance. We felt uncomfortable being with him. Then, when we first check in, we requested for a change of room as the room provided for us was dirty and there were stains. The problem lies on the staff as well. The staff was very lazy and playful. When we requested for a change, he strictly refused to change as he said it was troublesome. Is this what you called service? Third, I requested for room to be cleaned but after I came back, the room was still in the same condition. I pissed off! Hope this hotel can train for a better staffs.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights for weekends.. At first, the hotel lobby looks nice.. Upon check in, I was given a smoking floor facing the road.. Requesting a queen- sized bed.. The room so small, the bathroom also small, the surrounding were very noisy esp in the morning when the housekeeping strolling their trolleys.. The voices were so loud until I get off from my sleep..quite an uncomfortable stay...will definitely never stay at this hotel again...

The only things we would have liked differently were the carpets outside of the rooms needed a steam clean and there were no rooms with windows. Apart from that everything else is very comfortable with extra pillows on the bed and kettle, bring your own tea/coffee. Good sized bathroom. One thing that we rave about this hotel is the laundry, it was such a luxury after travelling now for 2 months of hand-washing and the occasional laundry service send out. New machines and dryers are provided free for guests, soap powder is sold at the convenience store next to the hotel.
The other thing we rave about is the Middle East Rest restaurant at the hotel, they have such good food at more than reasonable prices. Make sure that you try the chicken kebabs and chicken cooked in bamboo and tapioca, and the Sarawak juice they are all divine.

Clean, friendly staff and right in the city of Kuching.
Price is right at rm88 for a double. Walking distance to the waterfront, ‘China town’ Padungan, Carpenter street and main bazaar. Most of the city interests are within walking distance. A very pleasant stay although there’s a minor renovation going on at the moment. Will definitely coming back to stay the next trip!

I did not use the parking lot. So I did not ask for information about it. But I saw that the cars were parked in front of the main entrance, visible from the windows, in an internal street, with no traffic. For what I've seen, it's a very quiet road and I think I'm pretty sure.
