I stayed for 5 nights before checking out on Xmas eve 2019. I stayed at room 207, next to the lift. Sound proofing is bad, every time I can hear hotel guest conversation while waiting for lift. The wall is thin and I get awake by neighbours coming back late and knocking the wall. Next to the hotel are 2 pubs with loud banging music on Fri and Sat night. Sleep quality is bad due to poor sound proofing. The hotel should install shower curtain so that water don't splash all over the toilet bowl. And they should consider installing shower gel and shampoo dispenser instead of disposal shower gel packs which is not environment friendly. A water dispenser over providing bottled water will be appreciated too. The nite reception guy is friendly and helps me to book my transport. Great chatting with him. A good budget stay which I will consider staying again. …

Great location and friendly staff and clean room. Had wonderful stay here and quite. A few minutes walk to water Riverand very conveniently located . We had pleasant stay with courteous and friendly smiling staff and polite. This was my third visit here . Room very clean and had convenient USB port and many power point available. Thanks again for taking care of us.
