Stayed for short trip after having an event course here. Rooms were great only downside is their shower where there is no gap between shower floor and bathroom area, water from shower will flow over the bathroom - as you can see from photo. Breakfast was nothing much fancy. Wi-Fi was okay. Room was comfy.

+ free shuttle to/from airport to hotel which is only less than a kilometer away
+ the room is fully carpeted, and very big. King Bed is comfy with pillow are soft and firm.
+ the hotel itself is big, and high-class standard with few conference rooms.
+ standard varieties of buffet spread, could be better with wider options

- the staffs are professional but not that friendly.
- breakfast buffet spread could be better. Staff should top up food more. By 900am, I was waiting for laksa Sarawak but no more fill up was done while at 930am staffs remind guests that buffet will be done at 10am
- too many people at conference means less staffs to cater the in-house guest at hotel restaurant. Need wait long for meals to be served. The portion was big, the price is affordable too. Their sago gula apong is very tasty, recommended.

Overall, a very good hotel for stay close to Kuching Airport, but dining option is limited. Better dine in advance while at airport with few restaurants available.

Good hotel to stay because it is located just infront of the KCH airport. This hotel is still new so everything is well maintain for now. The room is very comfortable. The bellboy is very friendly and helpful, they smile all the time and always ready to guide you if you need help. Everything is perfect about this hotel but just need to improve breakfast variety, the choice is very limited. However, hopefully can get better offer again to stay here in the future!

I am staying here for the second time. Overall, the hotel room is comfortable and provides necessary toiletries, except for toothpaste and toothbrush. Since I always bring these items with me, I didn’t request them from room service. It's advisable to book this hotel with breakfast, as there are no shops within walking distance. The breakfast is good, with a variety of options including Western and local dishes. For those visiting on a business trip, I recommend trying the authentic coconut rice, curry chicken, and curry noodles, locally known as Laksa Sarawak, which has a different taste from those in West Malaysia. The hotel is located opposite Kuching Airport, and although it's within walking distance, it can be dangerous to cross the road due to fast-moving cars, especially if you're carrying luggage. I recommend using Grab to get to the airport, as it only costs around RM5++ (approximately USD1).

The best thing the hotel has going for it is the proximity to Kuching Airport. So its convenient when you come in late at night or leave early in the morning; its a very short drive to the airport.

Other than that, the experience was rather poor. The rooms certainly have seen better days ... the carpets are dirty .... and the room overall is grubby ... thick layers of dust and mold around door frame, on shelves, the night table ... which means that cleaning is not carried out properly ... the rooms need attention.

The breakfast - buffet style - is ok in terms of variety, but all is cold. The kitchen prepares the food, then its not kept warm. There are burners under the serving dishes that are not on; the coffee is cold even if it was just freshly replenished. Should be much better ... and with a little bit of care ... could be better.

The clientele is not very considerate ... noisy banging and shouting outside the rooms when coming back at night ... to wake up everybody. The air con is rather loud (seems to be an old system), and the temperature control does not work well ... the selections seem to be cold and very cold and super cold.

If you can put up with this, its tolerable for an overnight ... but would not recommend to stay here longer.

I stayed at the hotel for one night without breakfast on 15th April 2023. It was smooth in the beginning until after returned to my hotel room after iftar at the convention centre. My key-card didn't work at first, and then I went to the receptionist to fix the problem. The receptionist replaced my key-card with a new one and then I returned to my room. When I used the key-card, it didn't work and this time it made a very annoying continuous sound. I called the receptionist and informed them the problem. I was informed that they would send a maintenance team to attend my key-card problem. It took them more than 15 minutes to arrive at the door of my room. It was very inconvenient for me as I stood like a fool at the door. When they finally came, the receptionist misinformed the team about the problem. The battery at the door locking system was out but the receptionist informed them about electrical problem at my room. The poor technician had to go down to get the battery and the remaining technician had to call the receptionist to give the key to unlock the door manually. I requested for room change but no king bed size room was available. Only 2 single beds rooms are available. I was so pissed off but I kept my cool. I decided to remain at the room as I would be checking out on the next day. Later I asked the receptionist to extend my check out time and she informed me that she needed to consult with her supervisor and boss. So she personally went to my room to give me a new key-card with a complementary extended checkout time. This was my first time here and I ended up having a terrible experience.
