Haha. Yes, I can’t breathe but it isn’t like literally I can’t breathe. It’s just the room is very small n I only stayed for one night and move to another hotel. Limited space to move, I even was confused where to put my stuff. Since I stayed there with my 1 friend. We were like taking turn to move here and there. The price is affordable n really close to the waterfront. The receptionist isn’t that friendly, no smile at all, I wonder she probably just had a bad day haha. However, it’s still okay to stay there but since place2stay has some other branches. I prefer u guys to choose the other one. It only has small different price.

Check in for 3 days 2 night on this month. Location very good with all mall and many things can be done. Room also okay. Got some lil bit prob with bathroom. The water does not flow to the hole and make it gather at the floor. The toilet n bathroom i would to rate wit 2 star only. Overall..it is just nice to stay for sleep. The price just ok with the facilities provide. Need to ask for iron at reception.

Stay here for one night but was shocked when entering the room but no tables were provided. Sadly we need to put our things on the floor which we never did in other hotel👎🏿 The aircond started to leaking right after 30minutes its been switch on, I place the rubbish bin instead of servicing the aircond myself (or the management ask we as the guest hotel to service the aircond itself😒) Was wondering if this hotel didn’t provide any services for the aircond to work in good condition👎🏿 The bed give us the unpleasent smell too (The management need to wash dry properly!) The reception help a lot but still can’t help much about this condition. The management need to improve! It was bad and won’t come back for another stay👎🏿

Rooms were not clean. Stains on the towel and bedsheets. Housekeeping did not clean the room on the second day. When we wanted to request to change towels, we were informed there were no clean towels.

Strength: 1. The room is clean and tidy. 2. WiFi is strong. 3. Walking distance to city. Weakness : 1. Staff are not well trained. 2. Time to check in are not ready when we arrived at 2pm. We waited 45mins in the lobby for them to clean the room. No apologies to us and explanation. 3. Only one cup in the room which suppose to have 2 cups in the double standard room. Request a cup, the staff just told me "no cup" and ignore customers request.

If you are backpackers or hanging out with friend and on a tight budget..this is a good hotel. I checked in queen size bedroom with window. Eventhough the room was small..but the bed and toilet was clean. The hotel itself located beside a restaurant and you can go to waterfront by walking. If you want to have a romantic vacation or with family and need to have extra comfort..then this hotel is a big no.

Newly opened hotel with a business look. Family room is very spacious and overlook the Sarawak River. Has ample parking space with friendly staffs. However, hallway to rooms were not kept cleaned and there was a smell of dried urine in the bathroom. It would have been a great stay if only they keep up with cleaning.

Its my first time checking in to this hotel (walk-in), travel as couple. This hotel is located right behind Habour View hotel. We chose the double room without window, the room is right at the end of the corridor. Didn't expect that room can be so terrible. When we entered the room (double room w/o window), that room was filled with the terrible after smoking smells ughh and in poor condition which is so dirty and disgusting. So we decided to went down and requested for switching another room. We requested a double room with window, hopefully it will be better than the previous one. So we went to the second room, everything was fine except the walls are quite dirty and old. As we thought the room is fine, and since the room is quite stuffy, so I tried to open up the window to let some fresh air in. As I open the window, the window ARE PERFECTLY FELL OFF FROM ITS POSITION and FRIKKING FELL DOWN ! Thank God there's no any people standing down there or vehicles during the incident. It would be another case if the window actually hit someone's car or hit on someone head. The window clearly not attached to any screw to hold it on, and that's the reason i guess why the window fell off right after i tried to open it. Obviously the window has broken b4 i enter the room, and it could be the previous tenant has broke it and did not report to the management i guess. Not only that, i got scratch my hand when i tried to hold the window from letting it fell off the street, however the incident happen so fast and it fell off right into the back of a truck. The management seems like didn't believe that the window fell off by itself right after i try to open it and they kept on asking how could this happen. So furious, and we try to ask for the full refund since we did not want to stay any night there, but the management did not give the full refund and insist us to stay for one night in order to get the refund for the other night. We were supposedly checked in for 2nights, but after all this terrible experience, how could we have the guts to stay even for ONE night. This is the worst hotel I've ever checked in to. PLEASE AVOID IT AT ALL COST, there's better hotel u can look for in that area. Avoid it when u travel alone, or with family. JUST DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL ! DO NOT RECOMMENDED IT TO ANYONE !

Good : 1. Cheap Budget Hotel 2. Got a few food court and restaurant around Bad : 1. Room are too small, 1 steps to toilet, 1 step to entrance door from bed distance. 2. When you ask for window, you may get a small square window 3. No towel available until 7pm, and No Daily Towel Change 4. No Daily Room Cleaning 5. No Cupboard, but hangers only 6. Limited TV Channel 7. No Extra Pillow 8. Room No Sound Proof 9. Bathroom is very small 10. Got Ants in room, so don keep sweet things in the room 11. Bad Pillow Quality, too softs 12, Aircon Remote Not Functioning So aircon are not adjustable 13. Internet is a no no connection, the wifi router is "for Display only" for advertisement purpose only perhaps. 14. strictly check in after 2pm only, no early checked in unless you want a messy and used room. 15. No Free Parking 16. Peel off paint 17. Dusty Room Overall : A day or 2 stay is good, but if you are seldom in the hotel, as for me this is 1st and last. no more...be careful when choosing hotel in kuching, if just to sleep only after a long day outing, can be considered. Please don't trust whatever rating given by the hotel reservations online, you will regret it if you do. Wise is to keep some budget and stay in well recognised hotel. or else you will ended up paying.
