I stayed here 3 years ago and had a good impression so i booked again without checking other people reviews. Reception is courteous and check in was smoothly done. I was charged upfront for my booked period, which is a little unusual. The room is readonable is size, AC works quickly to cool the room. Small TV opposite a queen size bed. The shower has enough water power to spray through 1/2 the holes of the shower head :-( I flipped the top sheet over to find it wrinkled and a piece of long hair on the bottom sheet ! When i called reception to send house keeper to change the sheets he changed me to another room. He was apologetic but it is not his faults. I must admit i am disappointed. The first 2 pictures show the sheets and the 3rd show the cig burnt rules and regulations sheet. Surely the laminated sheet can be replaced easily.

The most unpleasant incident that happen during our stay is during check out. The check out time is 12 noon but they barred the access way before the check out time is due. We were being locked out from the room at 11.40am. Even after we went to the reception to activate the access, we still can’t open our room door. Half an hour wasted at the dark alley, waiting for the maintenance personnel to trouble shoot on this access issue. Staff can use their master card to open the room door but there’s totally no electricity available in the room after that. We booked this hotel for a 5 night stay due to walking distance to KPJ specialist hotel. Yes, there’s offer on the room rates in Dec. Housekeeping is properly done as requested. Staffs are really friendly and ready to help in all matters. These are the only plus point I can give. The lighting along alley isn’t that bright. Wifi, signal isn’t that strong. We never had breakfast in the hotel as we prefer to look around for local foods Will I consider to stay in this hotel again? No

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Quiet location away from main road and traffic noise. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants nearby. Very convenient to have breakfast before work and all kinds of choices for dinner after work. Good corporate room rate with free WiFi service.

The room is comfortable & clean. Good for short stay. The area is in stutong quite far from main town area, more like another township. If you happen to have event in stutong area then this is a good place to stay. Just a small hotel located in the shophouses. Good place to sleep, but if you are looking for resort like hotel then this is not for you.

Booked a room in this hotel because I wanted to experience the Stutong area. I arrived at the reception, and I was greeted by a budget-looked atmosphere. The staff wearing casual outfit, no uniform. I was given an access card for my room. Luckily it was not an old-fashioned key. So I was amazed. My room was quite small but with a window facing a roof of neighboring building. So my sight was blocked. I decided to go out for some walkabout. I found out the area around the hotel are surrounded by Chinese restaurants and stores. I was stranded to find eatery that suites my requirement. So, if you wanna stay in this hotel, make sure you got your own transport as the public transport is so difficult here, unless you are willing to take a cab or Uber car. As my stay there was not included breakfast, then I need to go out in the morning to find food. Luckily, I got to check out too at the next morning. During the night, I can see a lot of guys coming to this hotel. Yet I can see too some sexy ladies go in and out of this hotel. So, I believe this hotel also serve some "extra service" (if you know what I mean). So because of that, I strongly suggest you avoid this hotel if you are looking for peace of mind kinda hotel. Unless you are looking for "comfort" gal, then this hotel is your destination.

I stayed twice at this hotel. Staff are helpful and the room (superior singl) has a double bed, AC, TVtea/coffee making facility. No mini bar, no fresh milK, swimming pool or gym. For short stay it is good value.
