I stayed in this hotel in early November for only 1 day (for business purposes),which i made my booking through Agoda. The bad experience received from the front desk during my check-in when it took me about 20 minutes to received the room key. I don't know what makes them so 'busy' of doing and writing some papers on the receptionist table, but i wish at least they have some courtesy to say sorry for make me waiting that long. Even though they had 3 receptionists working during that time, supposed they know how to manage work properly if they received proper training from the hotel management. The deposit charges was also quite expensive, RM100, which are 100% of the hotel rate not 50% rate as other hotels, and they also did not accept payment by debit but only using credit cash and cash. I hope the hotel management can take this issue into account and do something about it.

Arrived for check in on 15/11 at 245pm at it doesnot settle until 3pm++. Even worst, there was no other guess checking in beside the other group, means only two guests arrived. The receptionists didnot even apologised for keeping us waiting. Worst service, even though a boutique hotel.

The room was not very spacious, air-conditioner cannot be adjusted according to our needs. Shower tap for warm water not working but only cold water, shower tube cannot be adjust because it was fixed hang straight directly from the ceiling. Room window did not face the city street area according to their website. Surrounding area was quiet and not noisy. It took about 8 or 10 minutes of walking distance to reach many shop houses area. Breakfast foods and drinks were taste good. Counter staffs were friendly.

This is one of the low cost boutique hotel in Kuching. The room comes with shower, the shower cream, shampoo, small kettle, coffees and teas with its creamer and sugar. They do not however provide safe lock and small refrigerator in the room for a twin bed room. Overall the hotel is nice and cosy. The breakfast are just nice and fulfilling.

Hotel location is located in the boundary of the city, less hassle and near to city by driving. However, during night time the shops nearby are closed and you have to drive to city to look for food. Hotel room cleanliness is good and the breakfast is OK. Parkings provided.

Stay for one night and it wasn’t a good stay. All hotel staff no smiling at all. Housekeeping closed at 9pm so we had to wait until the next day 7am for any request. Our hotel facing main road, it was noisy. Overall, I don’t feel comfortable to stay this hotel for my next visit.

Stayed here for 2D1N and it wasn’t a good stay. Hardly gotten a night’s sleep in because not only is the hotel located near a busy road, there’s a bar within the same building and the music and patrons were really loud. My room’s wall was thin and due to the next room’s noisy patrons, it just became a rather unpleasant night. In the morning, the staff was equally noisy and could be heard opening and closing doors loudly.
