4th time staying here, citadines never disappoints, clean rooms, good WiFi, the best part is this is connected to the mall where you can go shopping or catch a movie and just come back to your unit and relax. The pool is small but great nice view of the sunset from the pool. Will surely come back

Very spacious and convenient location. A whole family could probably stay in the apartment. But it really wasn't all that clean, and the place looks like it's falling apart. It's directly connected to the mall though, which is the best part of the hotel. Not a lot of options in the city so it's average at best. Could have been cheaper IMHO

Great location, mall is just in the ground floor.. spacious, near, family room has washing machine so walk out back home w all clean clothes.. the look in the lobby not really convincing but room is spectacular If anything to improve is the swimming pool which is under renovation and fitness center looks.. I'm taking my daughter to MMU, just less than 10 RM via grab, probably best place around MMU in terms of convenience and location to campus

The room is clean and has a kitchen. Guest no need to worry during the stay because eatery place is everywhere nearby hotel. My complaint only the pillow is too soft. Others, like tv channels, bed and location is ok.

This place very good, comfortable and privacy. Got place to shopping and eating. Nice place to stay with family. Have swimming pool but because of pandemic, cannot be used. I'm very satisfied staying here. I stay only one night but I feel so satisfy and value of money.

great view - we got 6th floor room. view was incredible good amenities - complete cookware and cutleries friendly staff - very informative spacious room - big enough for two of us bad toilet sink drain stopper - broken mattress cover - have couple of stains wifi - high speed but not stable

The rooms are standard, good for a short stay. Goes with the price. It's not a luxury hotel but very convenient near mall, food, shops. By booking proper hotels you know the sanitization will be done daily.

..not the breakfast. Used to be good wit the Old Town Basic meals, but now, even tho they packed the meals and sent them to ur room - the food was cold, plain and tasteless. sounds bad, but i wont ask for breakfast again, unless they go back to Old Town Basic like the old days.

the only good thing was there is kitchenette, other than that its pretty much basic like a budget hotel. They dont clean the room as they inform they only change towel and take out trash,no pool towel is provided,we need to bring the towel from the room, pool is super tiny. And we asked for a late check out at 12.30 but they rejected without any politeness. Staffs will be chatting with each other even when you are standing right infront of them at the reception, as if i am invisible. Regretted our decision to book this htl, wanted a weekend gateway with my husband but i rather stay in my own house than staying here. Please train your staffs of hospitality manners.
