Great for business engagement or dinner functions within this neighborhood. Parking is complimentary and WiFi too. Hotel food is value for money if you want to dine in. There's also an All you can eat Dim Sum on Level 2 but from 10.30am onwards. The front desk and housekeeping crew are all friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights 4 days. he room was spacious. Breakfast choices were plenty and it was tasty. Swimming pool, spa and other amenities are available. Check in and check out process was smooth.
It was a short stay, Staff was quite helpful, room was spacious. Breakfast was so so, but the pastry spread was good. The room service food was so so also, not much to expect, but Overall it was ok, the time we went was during weekdays, not much of occupants. Might visit again for a short visit.
I want to extend my compliments and appreciation to Ms Shamini of Crystal Crown Hotel Petaling Jaya for her helpful and proactive attitude in assisting my dad to have a comfortable quarantine stay. Room was clean, meals were decent. Appreciate Shamini's excellent customer centric and friendly attitude. Thanks again!
Crystal crown PJ was the best place to be quarantined. Good food . MS SHAMINI IS so so lovely and humble and very very helpful to tc of me during my stay. Tq so much Miss shamini. One of best hotel I stayed
I stayed at Crystal Crown for my 7 days quarantine. We booked premium package but it’s not premium at all. First of all our room was big but it was dirty flies everywhere, stained everywhere on the wall, the air conditioner wasn’t cold enough and the toilet was dirty. We called and complained after 45 mins they moved us to another room. It was much better, it was a bit cleaner and no flies. My toilet sink was also leaked! We never got our welcome fruits basket. And on arrival our dinner were not according to the set menu as they said. It was just a box of cold pasta. The internet was beyond terrible, the connection was lost ALL THE TIMES! I kept mentioning the internet issue to the group chat EVERYDAY but no one fixed it. Very disappointing especially I have mentioned that I need high speed internet during my stay as I will need to work and they said their internet is very good. TV channels were bad some channels were not working, not much of entertainment. For a couple you only have 7 bottles of water (1.5 lt bottle) and if you need more they will charge you extra. The quarantine foods were okay, mostly are carbs- lots of rice! It’s hard when I’m diabetic so I could hardly eat them. I ordered fish and chips and it never came. When I followed up after 2 hours, they told me they delivered to a different room and no apologies! I have to ask for them to make a new one and I got my fish and chips after 3 hours. It was a joke! When I booked this hotel, I thought as it’s a 4 stars hotel I will have good experience during my quarantine period. But I was wrong! I don’t believe it is a 4 star hotel at all. The room was outdated and dirty. I don’t think they cleaned the room properly. I will not stay again at Crystal Crown hotel. We didn’t have good experience, disappointed.…
Being faced with the compulsory quarantine, one could do worse than the Crystal Crown Hotel, PJ. The pricing of RM320 (additional RM220 for another person) per room/per night + 3 meals per day is on the high side. Cleanliness of the room could do with some improvement. The standard package meals are essentially atrocious (but you’re given a choice of having replacement meals worth up to RM25 per meal). I’d highly recommend opting for the replacement meals at all meals, and going for the Japanese and Chef Rasa Sayang meals which essentially is a real treat. As far as the service from the hotel, I’d have to say that the highlights are from the housekeeping crew lead by En. Suhaimi Ali, along with his crew Mr. Reuben Raj, Reen and Liza. To my opinion, these are the staff members who should be promoted to manage this establishment. Their hospitality are exemplary and highly commended. Same goes for Pn Quistina (The Medical Team) who, in her dedication and commitment, swung by even when she was in the midst of her sister’s wedding to fulfill her duty to get the PCR testing done. Mr Saiful Dzulkifly is also commended for his service to handle the bookings. High marks for all of these people. As for the rest, the front desk staff should be permanently reassigned. Completely in chaos, disarray and mostly ignored any calls from the guests (yes, I saw them ignoring phone calls even when they were not busy and just standing around). Atrocious service. The policy of the hotel to only allow quarantined guests to order dry groceries and outside food (from BurgerKing,KFC,TeaLive, etc) on Tuesdays and Fridays and at specific times. What kind of logic is this? Forcing guests to order groceries and food within the hotel premises at exorbitant prices is abhorrent in practice. Overall, our experience in Crystal Crown Hotel PJ could have been worse, but thanks to a few staff members, it prevented the quarantine stay from being a hell.…
Excellent People Services must admit, however the following is evident: Premium Room Covid Package 1) They do not provide Newspaper (even on Request) 2) Complimentary Fruit Basket arrived on the 2nd Day Evening 3) Package is not sufficiently designed for the Covid 7 day occupation a) Hand Wash detergent not provided ( when requested, Sanitizer is given, now why would you even give a Sanitizer to a person/persons in one room? Is it not a waste? b) Dish Wash Detergent not provided ( upon request, a packet of laundry washing powder is provided) c) Cleaning rag is not provided ( when asked, a sponge is given) d) The Chiller had a Juice Box half drank by the earlier occupant e) Floor is quite dirty f) Floor (wooden parquet) is missing, taped with cello tape g) Am allergic to the use of Creamer, when asked for Milk, I am asked to pay, the price is double of what is sold outside h) Toothbrush is provided without toothpaste ( I had buy from the lobby shop) i) Exercise /Gym equipment for hire is proposed at cut throat price j) Toilet Cleaner /Sink clean detergent, when requested, I am provided again with laundry wash powder k) Food containers can be left for overnight before it is collected ( called the housekeeping twice to get it removed) In short, the hotel should provide basic essential for the occupant to do their cleaning and upkeep of the entire room, Important items are such as 1) Cleaning rag 2) Dish washing detergent 3) Hand wash detergent 4) Spare rubbish bags 5) Toilet / Sink Clean detergent Remember, some of us…

Good, clean room, good view, environment, its also quiet, good to rest in calm, the coffee house food also delicious, staff do fast work, its good palace to solo and couple, parking also easy, them provide enough parking to customer
Hotel looks aged and untrendy. Maintenance to be improved. Room service price and quality is good. But overall hotel looks so old. Towel is so old that colors turns almost Grey, not white. Shower overflow. Wallpaint near window is peeling off due to water seakage. Seriously consider an upgrade and face-lift if you mean business.
