the good: 1. because the room is small, the aircond gets cold quickly and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent and is located near many convenient places thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired. Even more convenient than Xplorer hotel 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well. Theres even toiletries and toothbrush/toothpaste provided the bad: 1. during check-in, the staff at the counter seems to be overworked as she hardly smiled or even had the mood. seems like she is forced to be there the whole day and has not had a holiday for a very long time. 2. It may get a little noisy at the entrance but because my room has no window, it was alright. Overall, the location of this hotel and comfort adds points but the lack of parking is a thing of a concern if you are planning to check in during the afternoon. I would consider staying this hotel over the Xplorer because of its cleanliness and nice lobby.…

If you are looking for a short trip stay, a place just to sleep and shower - look at no other. Necessities stores are all around; convenient shop, restaurants, etc. I do not recommend this place for family with younger kids as the Bar is just right in front of it might be packed with noisy drunks. Not a good view for little kids too. But perfect for any adult who is on short stay.

I stayed in this hotel for a night. It is 5 minutes walk from the surian MRT station. It is located inside the Sunway giza mall and is surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The lobby is really nice and is a nice place to hangout. Now coming to the room; it is a bit small and basic but I liked it. It did not have a wardrobe but there is a safe deposit locker. I had a nice stay experience here. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well. There is very little noise inside despite it being inside a mall and surrounded by commercial outlets.

First time staying here, they have a nice and comfy lobby for anyone who wants to hang around. As the room are basic so there isn't any more space thus it more comfy if one wants to do some work here. The environment is clean and convenient for anyone who wants to get food etc easily.

Nice hotel to stay but cleanliness service was a bit disappointing because it's too late to clean the room , the hotel only has 1 lift, hotel rooms are rather small, Cable TV is only limited broadcast available, around the hotel is very crowded because it is right at the entrance to Sunway Ginza, there are many kinds and variations to eat.

Was there for a night stay as I have an event going on nearby. The hotel is easily located near the main road, however to access the car park you need to make a turn into Sunway Giza Mall, which can be quite crowded during holiday season. There are a lot of shops and eateries around the area, including a sports bar. My stay that night I had a room very close to the bar and the thumping music didn't stop until midnight. This maybe an inconvenience for some, so do ask for a quieter room at the reception. Hotel is tidy and clean, room with a queen bed is rather spacious with ample storage for luggage and walkway. It is also equipped with sufficient power outlets to charge multiple modern personal devices, which for me is a definite plus point. H boutique hotel is just 3 mins walk to Surian MRT station. Beside that, it is only a few steps to Sunway Giza Mall. I booked a single room on 2nd June, it was a nice experience. Because the room and the attached bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. The only thing that has to be improved is the soundproof of the room. I could hear from others in the midnight.

Enjoyed our 2nights stay, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room design is simple but packed with necessity. The pillow however not comfy. Location is very good but due to the mamak shop in front made us very difficult to find parking. Overall worth the price.

I am very disappointed with a 1 year old hotel, the maintenance is so poor. The wall got stain, the pillow case got stain and the worse is the towel is smelly. Informed the receptionist upon check out, she just told me they wash the towel everyday...........OMG!! Thereafter the receptionist told me that they have complained to their housekeeping department but...... i will not go back to this hotel anymore.

This is a very new hotel, cozy & clean environment. The staff are helpful and friendly. Location wise also very convenient a lot of shops, good restaurants and cafes nearby. Definitely will stay there again.
