Went with family for ramadhan buffet. The dinner was okay with room for improvement. For instance the pasta was too salty and roasted beef and fish were tough. The spread could also have more variety.
Link cafe was great love their ambience and the location. The food was great n friendly staff. I came on friday yesterday for branch and love how she were friendly and super lovely and the food delivered on time...
Nice and clean room. Fast free wifi from all parts of the hotel. Breakfast buffet has many different variety of cuisine and was quite yummy. (Including omelette) also, there were Very friendly and welcoming staff! (Shafiqah and Hanim) ! It was very pleasant talking to them.
Used SNA and get upgraded to Suite. Love the JBL speaker attached with the TV. Feeling appreciated as a Platinum Elite Member. Definitely can feel the grandiose environment, especially the view from lounge is superb. The only cons is that the parking price is not included in the price so have to pay RM 5 for every time we go out
We had a superb experience in having our daughter's wedding at the Cafe Link (Solemnization) and Feast (Reception) on 21 January, 2023. It was during the Chinese New Year's eve, yet the staff went all their way out to make our event a joyous and memorable experience. Mr. Jay and Mr Elan were very, very helpful, supportive and understanding in fulfilling our requests and suggestions. The hotel room: Clean and very comfortable Food at the Cafe Link and the Feast: Excellent choices of buffet, ranging from local, international and seafood. Almost all of our guests were suprise that Sheraton does accomodate request for wedding solemnization and reception. They all love and commended on the range of buffet served, at such affordable price! Some of my friends and relatives had even enquire on having a similar reception at Sheraton PJ. Well done, Sheraton PJ! Your service and commitment to serve your guests makes you stand out excellently, compared to the surrounding hotels and competitors. …
We booked a club lounge room, arrived close to midnight. Before we arrived, we told the hotel that we are arriving late at night after many hours of international flight, asked for some lounge refreshments to be brought to the room but the request was denied. I fully understand that it is due to food safety reasons. However during breakfast, which was at the main area not the lounge, there was a serving spoon that was swimming in a food dish. I alerted the chef, he spooned it out but did not replace the dish. I find the “food safety” reason inconsistent. The room and its corridor had a stench. We called to make a room change but was denied. Their reason was high occupancy rate. However when pressed on more they offered us a normal room, and told us there shall be no refunds as we requested to change. I am not impressed with their service level. Sorry to say, it will be my last visit to Sheraton PJ.…
Clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast. A small mall beside it and big Decathlon .Quite difficult to find shopping centre and restaurant. But only 10-15 min if you take online taxi. The gym is not to big. This hotel is suitable for bussiness.
I stayed in this hotel because my company organized an event in this hotel. The room is spacious and luminous which I like. The corridor is luminous too. Meeting facilities are good too. But the food in buffet is so-so even though the choices are sufficient which should be improved. The surroundings are not much to see. It takes around 15 min by walk from hotel to the nearest shopping mall "Jaya Shopping Mall" where there is a large supermarket.
Very good service attendance with staff name Ammar he very polite and helpfulness I m check in last minute but him try get my room very shortly.i am happy the service.recomended to everyone if go there surely not frustrated the service (specially staff name Ammar)
Stayed there for just one night for a meeting. I got the room on 9th floor with views of the suburbs. The attempt to request for a higher floor was to no avail. The hotel was a bit full and many events were taking place. However my room was elegantly decorated in white, beige and light wood tone. It looked bright, neat and clean. The bed was king size with decent beddings and 4 pillows. Large writing desk with comfortable working chair. Large one seater sofa by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Plenty of lamps, including reading lights. Four bottles of Spritzer mineral water provided with a fridge, electric kettle and Mister Coffee Drip and Dilmar tea sachets. Large closet had a safe, 2 pairs of slippers, 2 bathrobes and iron. Bathroom is bright in white marble walls and tiles. Electric blind could prevent people in the bathroom to be exposed. There was a bathtub and also shower compartment with adjustable shower head and a refreshing rain shower. Amenities were from Gilchrist & Soames, Warm Oak line. Well-stocked standard amenities which included toothbrushes with toothpastes. Very powerful hairdryer. Small infinity pool and gyms with great view of KL was on the 33rd floor. Buffet breakfast was scrumptious with European and many local options including a la cart Malaysian options. Lobby on 3rd floor, restaurants (decent Japanese) on 3A, ballroom on 3D. Most of the staff were serious but professional. …
