Check in 11 March. Old buildings but we'll maintance. Disappointed at breakfast, skim milk was sourish , removed after manager informed. Causing me stomach ache. Never think it will happened in hilton property. Sad case
Excellent stay and happy with staff recognizing me as a Diamond member. On the first day, I found out the sink is draining slowly. the maintenance staff use a plunger to quickly unclog the drain. However, a good maintenance measure is to remove whatever (usually hair) is plugging up the pipe. The second day I noticed the shower stall is slow draining.

It is pretty old hotel in Petaling Jaya, but very good maintenance, there was no carpet smell which always trouble for allergy. We stayed almoat 2 weeks and had always happy with the room, the service abd every staffs at every section. Mr.SHARUL and his team at hotel lounge on 21F. They were excellent team. The weekday lunch promotion is really good offer. Breakfast is good and Cigar lounge was ok too.
Having dinner buffet with friends.. service first class .. food fresh and delicious.. Staff very friendly , polite and professional. Especially Shaz, Teja, Fareez , Farid,Dony, Zamari, Chef Akmal,Izwan, Jais, Balan, Shawn, (Room -Rokiah, Akma,Zahad. Thank you to everyone in Paya Serai department.Keep are good job.
I recently celebrated my birthday at this hotel and it was an incredible experience! Despite ongoing renovations, my stay was not interrupted and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The executive lounge was a highlight of my stay, with a great selection of evening aperitifs, wines, and beers, all served by the attentive and friendly staff. I especially want to commend Mr. Umah, the Assistant Guest Relation Manager, for his exceptional service. I am glad that I made the right decision to upgrade my stay for this amazing executive lounge experience. The staff at Paya Serai were equally amazing, with En. Rizal, the cheerful captain, standing out for his attentiveness and friendliness. Overall excellent service at the Executive Lounge, me and my wife had a good time during our stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. Kudos to the top man of the Executive Lounge Mr. Umah Ganthan (Assistant Guest relations manager). Very attentive to ensure all guests are felt pleased and well taken care of. Overall great lounge service will definitely return more often.
I had a kind of trust to this hotel with long standing in PJ, however, it has completely gone. Receptionist was having dinner at the counter when I checked in and his colleague didn't pay any attention to him. The reception was full of food smell and it ruined my expectation. Room phone was out of order and I could not communicate with staff. Some lighting bulbs didn't lit. Hotel doesn't have USB adapter to rent to guests... If the hotel is the budget hotel, I don't care above mentioned. However, I expect certain level of service and facility to Hilton,
This was an excellent short stay hotel and i would recommend this hotel for those of you who wish to not be in the centre and traffic of KL. Cab ride to the airport does not take too long. Staff are thoughtful and caring.
The rooms we had was roomy and the service was excellent. Buffet breakfast was of a wide variety and tasty. Staff here were very helpful. Concierge Ali was most helpful and informative. Will definitely stay here again as its an easy Grab ride to central KL.
