Have been visiting this hotel for the past 5 years and still the best with the price.
Hotel cleanliness is the best and staffs are polite and friendly too. Street parking is available but sometimes is challenging to find also.

Overall, the hotel is definitely recommended for budget travelers and those who not required for extensive facility.

When we arrived at the hotel, it looked normal and good. After dinner at the big mall, we expected to have a good rest. I heard some funny sound at 2.00 am and when I open my eyes....the fan was about to fall from the ceiling. While I was trying to figure out what was really happening ... the fan dropped on my bed. Fortunately no one was badly injured. Had advised the management to take special attention to this matter. Also wish to advise those who wish to stay in this hotel to be extra careful.

Just an average 2 star hotel with bare minimum facilities. Minimum cleanliness: stained bedsheets, smelly towels, wooden chair with some bugs etc. Dont expect to watch any TV channels in english, they are mainly malay and chinese. During my stay almost three days elevator was't working which helped me in my workout! 7Elevan store across the road was helpful. No restaurant, laundry, etc. Dont fall for nice pics of the rooms..

Keep in mind that this is a budget hotel.
We used this hotel as a transit hotel, from Subang to KLIA. It is located close from Subang, only 10-15 minuted drive. While to KLIA, it still needs 45-60 minutes.
Basically it is a no frill hotel, you get what you pay.

Pros:
1. Compact but clean room
2. Consistent water pressure
3. Close to Giant and locale eateries
4. Attentive staffs

Cons:
1. Narrow corridors
2. One elevator only for 100 plus rooms
3. Non convenience access to Paradigm
4. Rather dark neighborhood

I can't comment on wifi and poor mobile phone signal, since we only use this hotel for refresh and sleep.

Located at the "back lane". Relatively isolated with unoccupied building in the vicinity.

Poor mobile phone reception (no signal at all mostly) when you are in the room.

Near Giant Hypermarket. Shopping mall is near but very hard to reach as it is on the opposite site of the highway.

The room is very clean. Wifi available at all level. Friendly receptionists.

Probably will not stay here again as access to public transport is difficult. Better have your own vehicle if you want to stay here.

We only stayed one night between FIREFLY flights, taxi from airport was 23rm and the Hotel organised a return by meter taxi which only cost 13rm. It was hard to find although there was a big sign in front of the petrol station opposite roads and Paradigm mall. It is the road behind the petrol station. The room was adequate, clean and good price for one night we paid NZ$48 on Agoda. There is a local mall nearby (turn left out of hotel, it is opposite petrol station) which had a big cheap department shop but nothing else. Through the petrol station, across the road to your right walk along the road to the overbridge, up the car ramp and into the Paradigm mall, where there are restaurants and shops.

Stayed a few days in this hotel on Business. It is conveniently located near our office, as well as a Giant mall practically next door, Paradigm mall across the street accessible via an underpass, and hawker stalls adjacent to it. The rooms were not bad, almost as good as more pricey hotels. I just wish they had a place to lounge around, have coffee or a chat with companions outside your room. Other budget hotels have at least a small dining area, beverage bar or even benches outside the lobby for these purposes. One more thing, no one greets or acknowledges you upon returning at night. I just realized that this simple act makes you feel more secure and appreciated for the business you give. Why secure? Because it at least tells you that the staff know, at least by face, whether the person walking through their doors is even a valid hotel guest. Well, at least the room attendants did greet me in the hallways.

This tiny (I believe government owned) hotel gets my vote. If you need to be in the area you can't go wrong with this one. As a single female traveler I did feel safe here, It has very very small rooms, and Malaysian style bathrooms (the ones where there is no divider between shower and the rest of the bath) BUT The hot water is from a demand heater so you get a great shower, the beds are comfortable and clean, the internet is spot-on and the towels are fluffy.Teapots and coffee or tea in the room.
A very large and brand new Mall is across the highway, and a large Giant grocery is a blocks' walk. Starbucks at both if you are into that, Old Town Coffee close by as well. Lots of restaurants in the area within a short walk. Will definitely stay here again if I need to be in this part of town.

Stayed 6 days this time. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is affordable and clean. Only one little point is that the room smells a little bit musky but that’s probably because the room was an inside room looking into a courtyard so no real fresh air possible in the room.
