I'm ok and staisfied with the hotel's management, such as parking free, the room, cleanliness, staff attitude. All good. And its suitable for senior citizen and OKU to access from parking to lobby hotel. Just need to take lif to go 1 down level to the lobby. And there is only 1 lif at the parking that share with other residents in the aame blok. Today i've been stopped by indian lady staff (short hair) twice, from me entering the lif cause at that time there were other residents also waiting to take lif. She stopped me twice, as her reason was, guest cannot go to resident's level. In fact, the lif is goin down to the hotel lobby. I give 5 stars to the hotel service, but i'm not satisfied with the staff mentioned. Is there any problem among residents management and hotel managment?…

Dont be fool, it is not a suite. Room is poorly maintained, dust is everywhere. Stain on the walls. Not worth to stay even for a nite. Except for the cosy reception which is located below a carpark, all facilities is old & dirty.

Stayed here for a night before leaving for airport early next morning. It was a bit confusing to find this place the first time - but once we knew the location, it wasn't so difficult. We really didn't use any of the facilities offered except the rooms. Petaling Jaya has plenty of fantastic restaurants and this hotel is conveniently located to try most of them.

Stayed there for 5 nights. On the way from the airport, the driver didn’t really know this place as it is not well known and it is not so accessible. The room itself I would say it’s clean and spacious enough. At night it can be quite noisy with the dogs barking and rooster in the neighborhood. This place is full of mosquitoes though. The nearest mall to grab your meals would be at 1 Utama, approx. 5-10mins drive. Don’t expect any taxis though as this place is pretty secluded and away from the main road.

Considering the price that you are paying, there is nothing really to complaint about this hotel. It's clean, free wifi, good air-conditioning and the staff are efficient.....well, the usual stuff of what is expected of a hotel. It's quite a distance away from the nearest food stall but it is a good place for people who wants to be quiet and have a peace of mind.

The hotel that I frequently stayed is fully booked thus, we have no choice. I would say the room generally clean. The problem here is at night, there is dog barking the whole night for an hour from 2am - 3am.

Nothing to complain for such price. There is no breakfast available. Air con is quite powerful. Shower is okay. The bed is small but good enough for me. The parking is free and adequate. Most importantly this hotel is very quiet

When I reached I was stunted by the view of it..I was thinking there will be some food stalls below,but too bad there is non..just need to drive few km to reach a mall mainly for food..there have quite a variety of food to choose from its called centrepoint. The overall view is average and room quite nice ...this place is good for those who wanted to have a quite time or moment to relax...here should be good place to stay but those who craving for food u need to drive few minutes up for food

The facilities themselves were pretty good. Could have more range on the TV. The restaurant itself was very overpriced and they didn´t have coffee. The best part of the place was the service. Front desk was really helpful and courteous. Wifi was also excellent. It´s good if you want some privacy and don´t mind a small space.

I recommend people to come to this hotel if you are looking for an affordable but clean, nice and convenient hotel...it is located quite away from the main road hence you don't really hear any noise at night. The staffs are friendly and the room are very well maintain!
