Our 1st to 4th visit since 2017 was good. Unfortunately during our 5th visit to the hotel room #205 on 28/2/20 was WORST!!! We checked in at 12.30am and encountered this nightmare. 1. A/C was faulty, we had unpacked our luggage and were to tired to even go complain and change room. At the end we slept on the floor with blanket as our bed. 2. 1 of the toilet light was faulty so we had to brush our teeth in the dark. The only working light was at shower area 3. Bedsheet stained. Pls check before release the room. 4. Defect on the right bedside table. You should get it fixed. 5. Last but not least, there was no remote TV provided. As per receptionist, we should ask for it at reception as it would be provided upon request. Shame on you. Do you think this process similar like asking for hairdryer? Totally unacceptable! I've spoken to the reception (can't recall the name) and given him my business card, he has promised to give us discount for our next visit. Pls look into this at once! …

The location is good and rates are reasonable. But I hope the management will give more consideration for business traveler who have a need for decent desk, or at least suitable to put notebook PC or otherwise do some paperwork. For this room 305 which had a desk, its level is too high and uncomfortable.

This hotel’s location is great and worthy for money. It is accessible to many places within shortest period of time. However the eiffel romance room we booked was kind of small for 2 adults and 1 kid.the sheets were stained and shampoo and shower gel dispenser wasnt working.otherwise the surrounding area was quiet and ease for sleep

As said, reasonable for the price, services, and room amenities. Is ok if you are on business trip. There are some restaurant around the area, walk further to Paradigm mall, and u will have plenty of restaurant. Take a short ride and u will reach evolve concept mall as well. Overall it was ok, will recommend to others if you are looking to similar budget hotel,

we were allocated to Deluxe Family Room at level 2 and corridor side. Along the way to the room found the corridor has insufficient lights as it was deemed. Room is not that spacious for family and it has 1 big bed combined with 1 single bed. Toilet in the shower room and if i not mistaken was staying in room 209 which the shower room has no lock. The gap of the glass door and the wall also quite annoying as it can be seen obviously from the outside of the shower room. Receptionist and Housekeeping were very friendly.

A lot of parking lots and area is generally safe (with some security guards around). Walking distance to Paradigm Mall. Rooms, despite being in decent condition, might need some refurbishment in the near future. Hopefully, more businesses set up shop nearby (e.g. gym, restaurants), there are not much for the time being. Cleanliness is fine, but i always welcome improvements in this aspect. overall is good, value for money.

Location is good for me, not too crowded area. Parking is easy to get. Free parking where you can just pass your parking ticket to the hotel staff, they will settle for you when u exit. Room is good enough for me and is clean too especially bathroom. With this price, everything just good. Friendly staff, overall for me - Satisfied.

good location, paradigm mall is just in front, but u have to make a u-turn to reach paradigm mall from hotel, the price is cheap, but the hotel room cleanliness should be more improve, sound from the water heater is non stop, very noisy, others is ok, if u just need a bed for sleep, here is the good choice, but you will not have a good rest, is nothing more other than that.

I checked in on Nov 20 at 8 pm. Stayed in Room 106. However received email from Agoda stating I was a no-show. Agoda price was meant to be "full" - but unlike other "full" prices quoted by several hotels which I stayed in, this property added 6% GST whereas other properties had it included. Agoda failed to resolve this issue. They repeatedly sent the same canned reply. "Please be informed that we have received the feedback from the hotel that due to No-Show the hotel have been charged for the penalty and the 6% additional charged from the booking value that have imposed was the Government Services Tax (GST)." The room is OK for the price. Location is OK if you need to be in the area. Access is poor as there's a convoluted route to the entrance.

Recently Agoda had joint venture with Booking.com without us knowing and we believed that you booked through booking.com as you mentioned you paid 6% GST. Only booking.com reservation, payment is done at the hotel. This is because any collection or payment done at our front desk, GST is incurred. We strictly adhere to Malaysian custom regulations. However, for prepaid guest through expedia.com or agoda.com which no payment needed to do at the hotel, no collection of GST from us on behalf of the government.
