For the price , the room (king with window) , was adequate and comfortable. It is located very close to The Curve shopping mall, walkable 5-10 mins away which has a MRT station. The American Breakfast was included (sausage, eggs, baked beans, toast) and was satisfactory . The place was clean and staff were all friendly .There is no fridge; coffee and tea provided; bed was confomfortable for good nights' sleep; the shower does wet the bathroom so had to move the shower head. Overall satisfied and would stay again. Easy to get around with Grab cars too.

PROS:
- Location, it's a general thoroughfare so you'll get a taxi/Grab/Uber easily
- Great concept hotel
- Generally clean and you can get a good night sleep
- It's near IKEA

CONS:
- Room is small and you may need to shuffle around the bed to get around your room

PRO-TIP:
- Tell your taxi/Grab/Uber to drop you off or pick you up beside the main road (not entering the compound) because entering the compound incurs a parking ticket which needs to be paid RM1.60 even if it's less than 15 minutes. The ticket payment consumes time.

I stayed 3 nights during business trip. The location was good for me, but this is not a hotel for those who plan sightseeing and using MRT transportation.
My room was on high floor, very tiny but enough to sleep & shower.
I had noisy, nasty and rude neighbors on the first night and hotel staff didn't do much to help me out, but not their fault.
I didn't have breakfast, but there is a small cafe - I think with breakfasts set.

This hotel main problem is the walls/doors and windows that are not sound proof at all. It's very noisy and when other guests talk and walk in corridors you can hear them and therefore you can't sleep well to get up early in the morning and go for your important meeting/work. I realized that they didn't change my bed sheet after room make up as the stain spot was there all the time! That case alone made be feel very uncomfortable.

As its name suggests, Manhattan Business Hotel applies New York’s Manhattan themes in its concept. From the outside, it looks like apartments in Manhattan with Broadway-style font. Going in, the concept is applied in its deco and the many posters hanged on the wall of the hotel.

I jokingly told my wife:

“Tak dapat pergi Manhattan betul-betul, duduk sini pun jadilah! (Since we can’t visit the real Manhattan yet, staying overnight here is still considered as staying in Manhattan!)”. She smiled. I interpreted the smile as “but I still want to go to the real Manhattan!”

CHECKING IN

Upon entering its wide doors, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who gave me the key to my room and explained to me that free breakfast will be provided the next morning at the attached café. Yes, the hotel has its own café called as the Ninth Espresso Café. Free breakfast has limited menu but since it is a full fledge café, guests can also buy the many food and beverage items available there.

CONCEPT

The hotel has six floors and all the floors are styled as the famous parts in Manhattan – Madison Square Garden for Level 1 (where I was staying), Central Park for Level 2, Wall Street for Level 3, 5th Avenue for Level 5 and Broadway for Level 6. There is no Level 4 and I believe that this is due to the fact that the Chinese despise No. 4 as bringing bad luck.

ROOM

As I entered the room, I was shocked to see the size of the room. It was so small that there was so little space left for me to put my luggage. There was a hint of cigarette smell too. However, the small room was compensated with a very comfortable bed, a very nice view with large windows and a bathroom full with toiletries. There were also safety deposit and wardrobe. In fact, for those staying here for business, they can come and bring only their documents and clothes since the bathroom is fully stocked with soaps, body wash, shampoo, comb and hair dryer. The power shower was also – as its name suggests – powerful. That night, my wife and I had a very good night sleep.

BREAKFAST

The next day, we went to the café downstairs for the breakfast. I chose eggs and toasts. Though simple, it tasted really good. My wife chose nasi lemak and it was good too. We went back to the room after breakfast to continue our rest and watched TV as it was raining heavily outside. The TV was large for a room that size but there were many channels available including sports, news and movies. I had no problem changing channels to kill some time before checking out on that day.

If you happen to have business deals around the area or is around the corner to shop at Ikea and is too tired to drive back home, maybe try and spent a night at this hotel. At least you can tell your friends that you have stayed in Manhattan!

Overall hotel was ok however, cleanliness has a lot to improve. We found few worms in the drinking glasses inside the toilet and it's still alive. Ventilation full with dust. Only 3 options for breakfast.. Parking is chargeable. Not even flat rate..

I booked a deluxe king room via booking.com. The hotel was near to The Curve shopping mall, and Ikea, just 10 minutes walk. Check in was smooth and fast. Wonderful service from front desk, Mr Chong. The room was, as mentioned by previous guests, a tad small. Bed was really comfortable though. Nice decor with interesting theme. Room and bathroom were clean. Air-conditioning was cold enough. Requested for an extra pillow, and was given promptly.

The free breakfast was utter disappointment. We were only given a sandwich, coupled with a choice of tea or coffee. Simplest hotel breakfast I've ever had. And the service at breakfast was horrendous as well. It's better to have breakfast elsewhere.

I requested for extended check out, and was told it will be free of charge until 2pm, which was great. Overall, l think it was worth for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again next time.

It ia a small hotel. About 1 year old. The room is very small, but clean. Wifi works good and is included the price. The price is fair for what you get. Toe reach the hotel you need a taxi. No metro.!

If you're looking for a reasonable hotel for a night or two near to the Curve Shopping Centre you can't go far wrong with this place. Rooms are on the small size but are equipped with all the necessary items, including a good selection of toiletries. Bed was comfortable with good quality linen. There is a small amount of road noise, however this I feel will only effect light sleepers. Car Parking can be an issue, but there is a one next to the hotel, only downside is the RM8 per day.
Overall its a good hotel for the cost, it's clean, good check in staff, good position.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, very closed to popular shopping malls in Damansara Perdana, driving only require few minutes. Hotel ground floor has a very nice decorated cafe, beside the hotel is a pizza shop, few more steps away is a mini-market. This hotel is suitable for business man, but not suitable for family, especially family with small children, as it doesn't provide family room, and the room size is small. The quality of the mattress and the pillow are just fine, toilet size is just fine, cleanliness is just fine. One thing I feel not ok are the shower water pressure is very weak, it has a beautiful rain shower head but the water flow is very disappointed. Another not OK was the door lock of my room was faulty, I couldn't open the door myself with my own room card. Car park is not complimentary, RM8 per day charges.
Reminder to future customer, the hotel is facing main wide motorway, so if u are very sensitive to noise at night time, maybe this hotel is not the one you looking for.
