The Manhattan Business Hotel (MBH) is named after one of the exciting and bustling district in New York City, through inspiration by the style of living in Manhattan where business and home living is integrated. Our business hotel is themed with the beautiful Manhattan settings, which offers guests with a unique experience of stay with a homely Away-from-Home feel. MBH offers peace of mind staycation at a reasonable price. Every effort is made to make our guest feel comfortable and welcomed. We don’t offer the extravagant facilities of most Resort Hotels, but only the necessary facilities, services, comfort and safety environment of any business hotel that will serve as a practical extension of your daily life during your stay with us.
As its name suggests, Manhattan Business Hotel applies New York’s Manhattan themes in its concept. From the outside, it looks like apartments in Manhattan with Broadway-style font. Going in, the concept is applied in its deco and the many posters hanged on the wall of the hotel. I jokingly told my wife: “Tak dapat pergi Manhattan betul-betul, duduk sini pun jadilah! (Since we can’t visit the real Manhattan yet, staying overnight here is still considered as staying in Manhattan!)”. She smiled. I interpreted the smile as “but I still want to go to the real Manhattan!” CHECKING IN Upon entering its wide doors, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who gave me the key to my room and explained to me that free breakfast will be provided the next morning at the attached café.…

The room is small but it has all the essentials in it. I stayed in a individual room and the bed was very comfy. The check in and check out was fast and easy. There's a open space valet parking outside the hotel but subject to availability. Otherwise you have to park downstairs at the basement parking.

Lobby looks nice and looked like a cozy hotel. Went into the room and could not even move my luggage inside. The rooms are quite small even though there is a bed and a table. The safety deposit box was broken. The TV is located on a side wall. What a stupid way to mount I thought. Once I lay down on the bed, I realized this was a good location for a TV. The first time I have seen one on the side. The breakfast is awful. A greasy roti chenai with some curry is one of 7 options. The tea looks like mud even though the coffee is ok. I guess at the price, the hotel is reasonable. The A/C is noisy and you could here people talking on the passage way. The staff were quite courteous. Rush hour is really bad at this location. Couldn't get out or get in easily! I…

This is actually my third time staying at this hotel. Currently I'm staying at Room 609, a deluxe room with queen bed. Room-wise, I'm satisfied as usual. Beautiful room, clean, comfortable beds, good showers, great air-conditioning. Breakfast that was included improved tremendously, no buffet, but you get to choose a set meal. The only downside was the parking rate. Definitely not worth it for guests with private cars. The hotel uses a third party parking lot at basement. I had to pay RM 15+ for less than a day parking (from 6pm till the next day 8am). Although the parking notice stated that the maximum rate per day is RM 8.50, I found that this is actually not true when I paid at the parking office. I felt that this is too expensive. Perhaps the hotel management can get a…

Its outlook, price and marketing efforts puts it in mid-range but reality falls short. Place felt seedy with terrible soundproofing (could hear what sounded like one or several working-girls in action; couldn't even tell if it was one or multiple rooms and whether they were next door or upstairs, the echo was so bad!). Most of the lights in the room don't work so it felt dark and dingy. We had a room with full glass panels looking out to the main road so you can't leave the curtains open unless you like to be on display. Bed and linen is pretty good quality and clean. Bathroom and shower good. But this is one overpriced, well packaged budget hotel which I will never return nor recommend to anyone.

Room cosy and tiny, everything that i needed was provided. firm good quality mattress, which is a plus for my back. there is nothing much to complain about besides the room's soundproofing was poor due to paper thin walls. Parking is available for Rm8+ per night. A bit confusing as the on site parking is shared by many buildings and many slots are already reserved for the residents/ proprietors.

A small hotel room with no window, no cabinet, no fridge, no local telephone, no access to public transport, and a safe that did not work..... Thank god the wifi worked. So it is a budget hotel for single business travelers. Be prepared!

The Manhattan is a good idea, but not great. I stay in a lot of hotels and usually find something positive to say, but this one didn't really work for me. I had a Deluxe Queen room apparently, but it was very small. Most critically, there was no window. I spent a week here, it's not great in a small, hot space with no window. There is a very small desk, already full with the kettle, cups, glasses and hair drier, it doesn't leave much room for a laptop and considering it has business hotel in its name, you'd expect to get some work done too. The sound proofing was pretty poor also, I was woken up multiple times most nights hearing noisy neighbours and crying children. That's more bad luck as much as anything, but sound travels here. There is no restaurant for dinner etc,…

Beautiful hotel, friendly front office staff. Security are rude, money eager to collect money for parking. Great rooms, clean, good setup, bathrooms great. The downfall is the breakfast. Let me explain : again great setup. Nicely done. Staff utterly unsuitable. First you have to go to counter, to lazy to come to table. Food ordered arrived cold. Service is distorting it all. Either train or replace these people and the hotel be fine. My compliments to the Front Office manager.

I chose a Deluxe Queen (without window) after seeing a hotel with classic New York City theme. Well, it is called Manhattan Business Hotel to begin with. The room has a queen bed and basic amenities such as make up table, TV, hairdryer and so on. But get this, at RM190 rate, the room was just 13 meter square. It was rather small for the rate of the room. I was expecting the room to be bigger for the rate and if not possible it could be way cheaper than what it was offered for that small room. The last hotel that I've stayed was RM103 for 17 meter square with a KLCC view and that hotel was located in the middle of city centre! For this hotel, it was around 10 minutes walking distance to The Curve, IKEA. Don't expect any complimentary parking for the guest. You have to pay…
