During my visit with my wife we arrived very late and my wife was the first to checked in as after dropping her off I decided to get something to eat little that I know my wife told me that the room they checked us in into there's a "un-flush" "business" in the toilet bowl since she's too tired she decided to just flushed it off and went to bed as I only get to know this day after. We decided to stay positive and avoid making complaints but then what ticks me off is the WIFI on the third floor. Don't bother asking the staffs to re-start the router cause I did for like 2times and the answer I got is "I already did" but nothing. Tried asking other staffs in the morning and still the same wifi problem for 2days Since I've given up on their hotel wifi and unable to do some of my work I decided to just use my data and do train the staffs to be more friendly.

Always have been my fav budget hotel to stay. The room, the amenities, the location, the staffs..you name it. Rooms have always been clean.. You will never thought that you're staying in a budget hotel despite all the comfort and experience you gain from your stay! P/s: water heater could at least be placed lower..:P people who are a shorty like me might have difficulties in turning the shower on. Haha!

Stayed with my wife and 3 children. Pro: very clean environment (room, bathroom/toilet, cafeteria, walkway), cctv and card accessed door on each floor, free wifi, bathroom are fully tiled until to the ceiling, shower and toilet are in good working conditions, with a mini fridge, comfortable pillows & bed, and free breakfast too. Con: very limited tv channels (some due to bad reception, would love to have cartoon channels for children), water heater was placed quite high for women or children to reach, air-conditioner took some time to cool the room. Limited car park space during office hours (but there are plenty during night time).

Nice hotel and good environment. Room equipped with air con, plasma TV with good choice of Astro and local channels, mini fridge (most budget hotel don't provide it), good pressured hot shower, very comfy bed and most importantly - clean room and bathroom. Simple and nice breakfast was provided. Free Wi-Fi with good connection. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended!

Smooth and fast check in procedure. Clean room and bathroom. The hotel provided breakfast with reasonable good choices and also free Wi-Fi available. Room provided with air-con, flat screen TV with a few local and Astro channels and also mini fridge. Great value and really worth it!

Stayed there in December 2015 to bring kids to Kidzania. Room and bathroom are clean (surprisingly). And there's free breakfast which was good enough to start the day. Free Wi-Fi is available. Bring your own toiletries though. You can ask for iron and ironing board and also kettle if required. Would not hesitate to choose this hotel again if we're going to OneUtama, IKEA and Kidzania. There's a PIE shop downstairs which sells very good pie..Yummy. (Especially if we're on tight budget)

When I went to front desk to request for wake up call, the staff was on the phone so I went back to my room. When I went back 15 minutes later, he was still on the phone, apparently making a personal call. He did not bother to stop his phone conversation to find out what I wanted. When I went back the third time, I had to get him off the phone to request for a wake up call at 6 a.m. The next morning there was not wake up call and thank goodness my sister-in-law came knocking on the door at 6.30 a.m. I almost missed the bus that we had to take to KLIA.

The hotel is about an hours drive from KL International Airport and about 20 minutes drive from the centre of KL (although be aware there can be long traffic jams). It's clean, comfortable and adequate, there is air-con, a fridge and a TV in the bedroom, along with free wifi. The breakfast is simple but fine, toast, cereal, croissants, rice dishes, etc. There is no lift. It is surrounded by main roads so there is traffic noise. It's a short taxi ride from the Utama Shopping Mall (the largest shopping mall in Malaysia). We paid £23 a night for four of us, which included breakfast, so excellent value.
