Further to our review on Best Western Hotel PJ on 18 Aug 2020, we wish to highlight the excellence of the housekeeping team. We requested for an iron and it was delivered promptly together with an ironing board. When we had a minor issue with the bathroom, the maintenance guy came almost immediately. This was indeed a delight. In most other hotels, it is usual to wait for awhile for any attention. What is even more amazing is the integrity of the housekeeping staff who tidied my brother's room (Room 1236). My brother left his wallet containing a few thousand ringgit, on the side table, when he left the room....not expecting any housekeeping services at that particular hour, Upon his return, he was shocked that his room was tidied up. But to his relief and amazement his wallet was still there and nothing missing and all his money accounted for. What a trustworthy and honest housekeeper the hotel has... just excellent!!…

What a joy to stay a night at Best Western Hotel, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia after celebrating our son's wedding dinner at Hee Lai Ton Restaurant which was just below the hotel. It was certainly a delight to liaise with Mr Francis, who is highly jovial and pleasant and accommodating our many requests. We booked 9 rooms including a Bridal Suite which was beautifully decorated. Ms. Vanaja, was also very friendly and helpful in whatever ways she could. What a pleasant surprise to be welcomed with a fruit basket in our room after a full morning of wedding ceremony in church. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a good night rest. All thanks to the management of Best Western Hotel Oh.... it was good that the hotel practised strictly physical distancing and provided us with complimentary face masks and hand sanitiser.…

If you are looking for a fuss-free and convenient stay in Petaling Jaya, Best Western is the place to stay. And it is simply just because of the location. There are grocery shops, convenience store, ATM, barbershop, salon, restaurants and cafes right on the ground floor of the building where this hotel is located. Also, Jaya Shopping Centre, Digital Mall and Jaya Grocers are just 10 minutes walk away, not to mention pharmacies and banks. The hotel itself also is good. Do not expect huge and lavish rooms, but think more of utilitarian designs and amenities.

Overall room acceptable but problem arise after check-out exit the car park and caught in the rain and the smell of drain entered our car not just mine but our relatives car as well. Terrible indeed!!!

I always stay at Beat Western when I visit Kuala Lumpur be it for business or for pleasure. It is such a pleasure to stay there and as soon as I disembark from my flight I look forward to the moment I check into the hotel. The reception are never without a smile and that in itself helps to lessen the tension of a busy and stressful business trip yet to start. I next look forward to a nice relaxing shower and a quick kip before my meetings commence. Mornings are happy and sunny when they begin with a good hearty breakfast which promises a good spread every day. After a long day how else to end it with a nice swim in the pool after which a comforting dinner and a relaxing stretch in the Lounge enjoying a good game of football, rugby, 10 pin bowling or whatever sporting season is in. An ideal place to entertain friends as well. In all I enjoy all my trips to KL/PJ and this is due to a large part to my stay at Best Western…

I will choose to stay in this hotel during business visit to KL, location is right at center of PJ, plenty of foods around, and affortable price, but the breakfast buffet need to be improve! Most of the food is not fresh and poorly seasoned

The hotel was very comfortable.This hotel has been around for many years and it's showing signs of aging. However, service is still very good and their staffs are attentive and friendly. This is more of a business hotel and location wise, it's within walking distance to a LRT station should you need to commute to other parts of KL without driving.

Unprofessional, unfriendly reception. I arrived at 3:30pm just to just make sure my guest check in properly as this is his first time at the hotel. I went to reception showing them the bookingletter on my phone that i just want to make sure the guest arrive and have checked in. Instead of telling me they are not allowed to reveal guest arrival information, the reception told me they have not arrived. So i waited at ground floor for one hour for nothing. Actually, my guest had already checked in before me. Why can't the reception just said, "sorry, we can't entertain request for guest info" instead lying. Amazing!😓

Having stayed at BW Hong Kong and Macau, makes a welcome change to notice the positive service attitude in PJ. The breakfast is excellent for a “budget” price hotel as my original choice was the new PJ Sheraton but chose BW as my dinner was next door at Oriental Paviilion which is walking distance. Pool and gym on roof top fine but lack of smoking areas for cigar and pipe smoking is a negative. Overall a pleasant experience.

What is good? 1. Nice room 2. Friendly check in 3. Near to many eateries What can be improved? 1. Since the reception is located at 6th floor, it will be good to inform the guests that we have to reach you at level 6. 2. The shower room is pretty small. There were many foreign guests and I find some of them to be impolite. But, I believe it is beyond hotel’s control. All the best!
