The good: - Great location, walking distance to many eateries - definitely won't go hungry if you stay here. - Staff Bi Bi was very friendly and helpful to our room and check-in requests. Thank you! The bad: - Pillows were stained and had some ointment smell left behind by previous guests. - Bed sheets were also stained, complained to staff but was told there was nothing they could do. - The air-con in Room 35 was making so much noise, couldn't sleep well - had to request to change to another room the next day - room was not ready until after 6pm. Another staff insisted the air-con was not 'put on silent' mode - hence was making so much noise (Please let me know the logic behind this). Moved to another room which was cleaner than the first room - air-con was working fine and not making noise.

Stayed here for one night to break our motorbike journey up from Penang to Singapore. Great value for money. Parking for motorbike directly outside hotel for a fee of RM 5 per night. Extremely clean room. Very quiet. Small double room but ideal for our overnight stay with very clean bathroom. Lots of restaurants in surrounding area with lots of variety. Would definitely return.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Check-in was smooth; staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but adequate for a few nights stay. Fridge was provided but didn't bother to turn it on. Coffee-making facilities provided as well as toiletries. Plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. Very convenient to get Grab cars. Everything was good except that the sound proofing was bad. You could hear people next door opening and closing doors. I was awaken at 6am by cars honking and people dragging the gas tanks down beneath the hotel. I could barely sleep at all. Overall, it's location is good, but the walls were not sound proof at all. Good for a short stay but, otherwise, bring an earplug.

My wife & I stayed for 2 nights and we found this hotel that was close to our relative house, that we were visiting in SS20 area. It is quite spartan but has the basic necessities for an overnight stay; ie air con and reasonable twin bed, shower and WC facilities, a small fridge ( next to the bed so can be quite noisy, since we did not use it we did not turn it on ). Unfortunately, the TV was snowy but we were there to sleep so it did not bother me though I would have love to watch a bit or catch up on the day news. The plumbing in the basin was making some noise whenever we use it. As the walls are quite thin and the floors are not carpeted, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the corridors and doors slamming shut. Overall, we did manage to sleep well though I have to pay RM3 if I need an extra pillow. Eateries and a shopping mall are very close to the hotel so location is good.

This is a nice place to stay if you are planning to put a couple of night nearby Damansara Utama area. Located nearby famous eateries such as The Ship Steakhouse, Village Park Nasi Lemak and Famous Hokkien Mee Restsurant. Shopping is also very convenient with Starling Mall just less than 100m away. Other shopping malls nearby are One Utama, Atria Mall and Tropicana City Mall. Grab Car and My car e-hailing service are easy to access and therefore ease your movements if you are not driving your own vehicle. Overall, the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Place are clean and convenient.

Even it located in uptown Damansara but the room and toilet was really clean. 3 stars hotel but only RM128 per night for Deluxe Room with city view. Breakfast included but one thing that's not convenient is no parking lot for guest in that area. You can only get your parking after 10:30pm in that area. Worth to stay but not suitable for those travel with car. The service is good. 👍🏼
