The service the provided is very good. As soon as i arrived, i was greeted very nicely and politely, the checkin process was very nice and efficient! I am also very satisfied by the room accomandation they provided, it is suitable for a layover for the next flight. I also got a chance to experience a pleasent meal at their restautant. The food was good and the service they provided since the beginning until i finished was very good. Last but not least, the environment that they set here is very peaceful and pleasent to chill at their dedicated hanging place that they provided around the hotel compound.

Rooms are too small and inconvenient for even a single night stay .No dental kits provided in the room.For early flight travellers,it is very inconvenient.Also no drop to the terminal makes it even with a full full fledged hotel for a family of 6

Great comfortable hotel for transit at KLIA. It’s on Level 1 and you can walk to the hotel from airport. It is all undercover through walkways. It was 6minutes walk inside. Follow the TUNE signs. There are great spaces to sit and work in the lobby, outdoor area and cafe. A very comfortable space with WIFI. They have a bar open later on and a cafe during the day. Also have a wall of drinks and snacks you can purchase from lobby at anytime. The rooms are basic but cover needs of air, fan, tv and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. I recommend going to breakfast earlier. They had a range of cake, bread, fruits, salads, Malay food and some sausages. Staff were very helpful, informative and kind. From reception, grounds staff and breakfast staff all smiled and greeted me when I passed them. A hotel I will return to for transit. …

The place was not well maintained. Leaking air-condition, door needs some tweaking in order to shut close and the elevator had technical problems. Additionally, the room is not sound proof, you can hear guests walking past the hallway. Despite all these, the staffs are very helpful.

Bed clean, but curtain dirty, floor sticky. Reception ok easy breezy for check in and check out. Location convenient for early flights. But room need further improvement especially on cleanliness and upgrade

The room and toilet is very clean, the staffs there are friendly, the foods at the cafe is delicious. The ambience is very peaceful and calming especially at night in front of the cafe. The parking is free so you dont have to worry about that. Definitely will come again here

very not organised reception for check in and breakfast arrangement (i ordered nasi lemak and tea and was given american breakfast and coffee which i do not drink coz of allergy) and unsafe environment, windows looks very unsafe like it can be easily broken in. not friendly staff but shuttle is nice and on time.

WORST hotel in southeast asia......they cater to air asia employees and could care less about anyone else......dirty, overpriced, shuttle only runs every 2 hours, denied extra pillows, rooms the size of a closet, front desk staff is nasty, long way from airport, i guess i really cant say enough bad about it....just a real s***hole

First of all, thank you to be so kind to us. May god bless you guys. Awesome hospitality. Ive been here last past 2years. Its a lot of improvement. Such as, lot of beautiful plants and the service. The plants make customers calm and chill. The service that the staff gave to us is turmendos. Room is great compared with before. They paint nicely, ac is good, and the rack is well maintained. About the room is good too. Smells good and comfortable bed. Our family is enjoyed our stayed. Highly recommend.

Hi tune hotel. I wrote this review to let you guys know how happy i am to stayed here. Its wonderful experience. Outstanding customer service from staff to bosses. Very helpful and very informative. They made my journey going really smooth. Regarding the room, its more than enough because i stayed alone. Comfy bed, good shower and the room smells really good. One of the best also the restaurant its super great. The chef is a good cooker. Also the service crew is wonderful. The nasi goreng is super delicious. Highly recommend. See you guys again.
