KEEP AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!! read carefully my review if you concern your TIME, COMFORT and EMOTION... I travel with my parents (60YO up) and wait about 12hours for our next flight, so I booked this hotel so they can rest well and i choose this hotel because they location and offer airport pick up (cost 50MYR) for one way. But suprisingly it's totally terrible at all... When i just landed I send them WA to ask an airport pick up, buy they said I must wait door 3 level 2 pillar no 11 KLIA2 airport and tell them to pick up. I think their car standby at there, too bad i wait about 25minutes on the smoky road. I already tell them that I need pick up for 4pax and they said and send an VAN, but a Nissan Grand Livina come to pick up us..4 adult + 7 luggage, must fit in a SMALL CAR not a VAN! Arrived at hotel on 8 PM, check-in, they only give me 1 room card altough we booked a FAMILY ROOM (fit 4adult), i ask them add 1 card, so my dad can sleep n rest well while I can go out buy a dinner. but they only said "1 room 1 card" what the F**K with this hotel. The room cleanliness was terrible to, dust and some food/snack debris are around the corner of the room. Bathroom slippery, water tap was broken an sealed by cement and silicone glue. That night I also booked airport transfer for next morning at 6AM, and I ask bigger car (INNOVA) and they said OK. Next morning at 5AM i buy some bread n coffee at KK Mart and confirm the reception about my airport transfer booking and they said all good INNOVA at 6AM. 6AM im waiting at lobby and the car havent come yet, 6.20 the GRAND LIVINA come again and they without any apologize just said "that's your car" so I tell them that I book an INNOVA, and they just said "the INNOVA WON'T COME" what a TERRIBLE experience...…

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and there was no receptionist at the desk. There was a signpost to say that the receptionist will be back in 5 mins, so we waited for at least 20 mins. It started to form a queue as many guests started arriving, whilst other guest tried pushing in front - as everyone seemed pretty tired, I did however manage to get in front (i didnt skip the queue) and check in to get our key and then head to the room. The room didn't have a window, the bedding didn't seem very clean, the bathroom had mosquitoes (even though there wasn't a window). I tried to eliminate the mosquitoes using my sandal but i think a few of them kept hiding and came out when the lights went out - i didn't get a wink of sleep as i kept hearing them buzzing around my ears each time i tried to get some sleep. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all. This is a very cheap budget stay. The pro's are that it's only 10 minutes away from the airport. Next door is the supermarket which is open 24 hours. There are also lots of restaurants nearby so you are really spoilt for choice.…

I stayed at this hotel on 8 Dec 21 for one night to facilitate early morning movement to Klia2. The surrounding area is quite lively at night due to the many dining options and grocery stores. The service on the front office staff is a bit unfriendly. This is a small hotel with limited facilities and limited views. No toiletries were provided except for shabby towels that were worn out. No elevator because it's just a shop house. I will definitely not going to stay here again in the future

Great & wonderful hotel. We were greeted by the friendly staff. The staff also helpful. Great location. Very comfortable staying at this hotel. The room was clean, well equipped & in a good condition.

Good hotel to stay , I would recommend this hotel . Good place for an overnight stay between flights . Their staff so friendly and very helpful .The room is very nice , large , very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again .

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now because it’s location to the airport is so convenient. It’s always been clean and comfortable, The staff have always been very helpful and the shuttle to the airport is great-especially for early morning flights!

Clean basic accommodation in a nice location with avow some eateries within walking distance. Love the 24 hour reception service, which meant that you would check in at anytime. They arrange shutter to and from KLIA as well.

So I stayed here under a friend's reservation after she cancelled her trip with on short notice. The booking was then transferred under my name while I was already on my way to KLIA2. Since she booked this, I had no idea about the hotel and its location when I arrived at KLIA2. I found out it was not too close to the airport and I didn't know about their scheduled shuttle service. I had no choice but to ride a taxi which cost me a lot to get there. The worst part is the shuttle service is not 24 hours so for night arrivals, be aware of this. As a foreigner, I paid the tourism tax upon arrival. It is close to a major expressway. The hotel is located around restaurants, shops, atms and money changers. I suggest have your money exchanged before arrival as the money changers around this hotel are not always open. The room was clean. Complete with a bathing kit and complementary water. The staff are accommodating as well. Bathroom has hot and cold water. They have computer access at the lobby and free WIFI. I notice there are employees and tourists who frequent here so it must be a budget hotel. My room was facing the parking lot and you could see the expressway from the distance. I think the stay was ok. The only conflicting part was the distance from KLIA2 because I wasn't initially familiar with the hotel's area and location after the sudden transfer so I guess it was my concern. Not sure if I will return to this hotel but I hope they can make the shuttle service 24 hours for night arrivals.…

have stay at Orange Hotel kota warisan for many time. the rooms clean and tide like first time i stay. the maintainance of the hotel very good.This hotel is easy to find. A lots of restaurant that I can see near this hotel and nearest to the ATM bank. Friendly staff and 24 hours counter open. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended.
