It was a last minute decision. There was a power failure in my housing area and I was supposed to leave for the airport at 2am. I was drowning in my own sweat and there was no telling when the power would return. So googled for a budget hotel to stay. Found this place and it was available. Jason, the receptionist advised me on whoch room to take. On arrival, i asked him to get a cab to take me to KLIA 2. All were swiftly arranged and I just needed to get to my room & have that shower ! The boutique hotel had so many shops nearby, but I just needed my bath. The room was real comfy. Clean sheets, clean towels, nice hot shower, spacious bathroom. No complaints at all. It is a real bargain & value for your money.

Worst Experience Ever. Stayed here for 1 night transit to catch early morning flight. Booked a room with balcony, however it was heavy rain and worst case happen when the balcony flooded with rain water. The staff being helpful and arrange someone to come to clear the water blockage at balcony which is fine. However, I have to give 1 star to this hotel due to the cleanliness. I guess they never change the mattress and comforter, you guys can see the picture attached. Comforter with yellowish color and really dirty, :(

Friendly and helpful hotel manager/staff and room is good and clean. Alot of local food restaurant. Recommended hotel for transit and oil and gas worker either stay or waiting for flight. Roughly about 20mins from S8 hotel to KLIA. Cheers!

Memorable stay at S8 Boutique Hotel I came in on 10th Dec 2020, I was offered a single standard room without a window. Most probably they offered this room due to my request on the lowest budget since I had to stay a longer period due to work factor. After a short nap, I had visited the reception and a young gentleman who is the Hotel Operation Manager by the name of Siva approached me to understand further on my needs, the reasons of my stay since and my preferences. After a short discussion, Siva had arranged a Deluxe Double with Balcony. It has all I need, I felt soo much of comfort, the Wifi was working better then I expected since I had to write a lot of articles and reading. As I was Management Pilot and work related stress was really an nature of our industry. Peaceful and complete silent is what I personally desire and need at the most during current situation. S8 Boutique Hotel has all your needs. I stayed many hotels due to my nature of industry but I personally felt S8 Boutique Hotel personalize their services into individuality, I really felt like I am at home. Besides Mr. Siva, another 2 staffs who was working there is Safuhah and Syuhada. Both of them never fails me, they always ensure my rooms are clean. We decided to stay at this hotel because it is quite close to the airport. We opted to have the transport to pick us up at the airport. The driver came 1 hour late and parked the car very far from us. We had lots of difficulty to take all our heavy luggage to the car. The staff at the reception was very friendly and nice. The hotel looks relatively new. The room is very simple but clean. However, there is no place to take a shower. You have to take your shower near the hand wash basin and the toilet. The breakfast was a joke! The breakfast was very limited. There was only one lady who prepared the breakfast and she was so rude. She did not display the fruits that the customers where supposed to eat. After 30 mins, when most customers were present for breakfast, she put the plate of fruits on the table but the fruits were not fresh at all (maybe 3 or 4 days stale). I guess she was trying to save the fruits for the next morning. I could not eat anything at the breakfast. The tea I tasted was the worst tea I had all my life! Since there was nothing to eat, we had to go to the restaurant outside the hotel which served good food for cheap price. Do not waste your money on the breakfast at the hotel. I would recommend the hotel for one night if you have a flight the next day.…

stayed for a night. Clean, comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Simple designed room with simple basic setting. Friendly receptionist ever ready to help and assist the guests. Provided with simple breakfast. Spacious car park available. Just a stone throw to nearby food restaurants. Reccomended.
