After a long and delayed red eye international flight, this hotel was a very welcome place to get some much needed rest. I was very pleased with my decision to make a reservation in advance! The hotel is very easy to find in the arrivals area of KLIA2 and the check in staff were friendly and welcoming. The single room plus that I reserved was a perfect set up to get some sleep. There was plenty of room for luggage even through the room is small. The single bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and well updated. This room did not have a window, was actually was the best situation, since it was very quiet and quite dark once the lights were turned off, allowing me to get some quality sleep. I will definitely use this hotel again if I ever have another red eye flight! …

We booked through Booking and had to pay double for a room on arrival, totaling €190 for a twin! Unfortunately, the hotel reception was not customer-friendly, we received no information about a possible cheaper booking (max. stay 12 hours). During the night from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am there was a lot of noise, after we complained to the hotel reception we were yelled at by the lady at the reception. All in all, not recommended for us.

Windowless hot tiny cubicle in a rabbit warren. Heard every neighbor leave starting at 4:45am. Manager did help w a special request but generally an unpleasant experience. Wish we’d stayed in KL instead. Available food and bar were all unpleasant.

.. you book the more expensive room with the toilet & shower (NOT the tiny box with just a bed, communal bathroom & heavy, loud banging doors ALL night long!) .. you realise it is ONLY 12 hours you are paying for. .. when you arrive at KL airport be quick to Immigration (book seat 1A/ near front of plane) as can be BIG queues at busy/holiday times. .. when you leave (if Air Asia) eat in the food hall before going through security to KLIA2 as NO cafes/restaurants there. ZERO, honestly .. except can queue to buy a pot noodle! Crazy!

If you need to catch a early flight, this is really a good option for you to overnight in the airport. However, if you are light sleeper, then you might suffer to sleep because the sound proof are not good. You can easily hearing the door banging, the announcement form the airport PA system, inconsiderate travelers speaking loudly at the corridors. Anyway, it is budget hotel in airport and what can you say more about it. You pay what you get!

A shame !!! Don’t book in this hotel , There is a major repair work in progress, the jackhammer started at 10pm and the reception says that it is up to 6am , that is all night long and the earplugs will do nothing because all the walls are shaking. I booked with Booking and nothing about that … not correct and not possible to let an hotel open with theses conditions ! The name of the hotel is Aerotel 12 hours , I didn’t’ wonder why this name but it is because when you arrive you can stay only 12 hours , so we arrived in the end of the journey and we must to leave at 8h30 !!!! 90 euros for a room without breakfast , without window because you are locked in the airport terminal and with all this noise … my night starts badly

This hotel is extremely clean, very good location in the airport near a few food shops and a 24/7 small mart, and has all necessary amenities - exactly what was needed for a one night layover at KL airport. Would recommend.

Hello Stayed at Aerohotel (Kuala Lumpur) on November 4 / 2022 for the nignt. Payed 533 MYR (about 116$) at registration desk instead 275 on Booking.com, because i had no card to pay with. Be aware there are lots of 5 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur in the centre at a lower price (twice lower than i payed) On details: - there is no hot water in hotel (at least in room 331 -they have a breakfast but it’s not included in price you pay for the “daily” stay (24 hours) - sick ! -No window in room (at least room number 331) Not recommended this hotel to anyone Very poor experience

What you’d expect from a transit hotel room wise. Functional and reasonably comfortable. Was offered ear plugs due to local building works but suspect it was because the air con in our room was so noisy it sounded like we were still on the plane. Only bar in the airport was extortionate. If you can find anywhere else then suggest you book that.

Was in transit at KLIA2 for a early morning flight to Sabah. Excellent location with just minutes away from the departure gates especially if one is flying AirAsia. Room was clean. Staff was courteous.
