The hotel is located near the airport and the prices are quite fair for a “5 stars” hotel. It’s is a good option if you have a early flight in the morning but I would not stay more than one night or for a holiday trip.
The hotel seems nice when you enter the hall but the rooms are a bit old and dirty: nails and hairs on the floor, dust in the bathroom, glasses and cups are not properly washed. The AC is very noisy and did not work properly. The water temperature in the shower takes time to be adjusted.

First,y I would not come to this hotel if not because I have to attend a workshop held in this hotel. The hotel is big and empty. It is quite a distance to walk from the hotel cafe to the workshop/meeting room. There is only one person at the check-in counter. Therefore if many people checking-in it will take sometime.
The room is not spacious but has a modern concept design. I am really unhappy with the centralised air conditioning plus the air conditioning is noisy. The hotel sets the air conditioning temperature at 22.5C and it is not adjustable. It is really hot in the room. When you call the reception to adjust the air conditioning temperature, sometimes they do not pick up the calls.
Breakfast was just average. Any hot drinks like hot choc, latte, the tarik you will have pay for it. They served the same foods for lunch and dinner, not much variety. However the foods served during lunch and dinner is quite tasty.
I find it very weird most of the staffs in this hotel do not smile or greet you at all unlike other 5 stars hotel that I have been to. Even if this is not a 5 star hotel, I think the staffs should smile, greet and have eye contact with their customers. Their room service staffs (whom I believe are foreigners, maybe from India as they are unable to speak Malay) will greet and smile to you if you bumped into them but the local Malays staffs do to bother to greet you at all.
The hotel provides shuttle to KLIA and KLIA2. The hotel is also quite nearby to Mitsui Premium Outlet.
Again I would not stay in this hotel if I have to pay for it as the service is just average and please do not expect much from them.

The hotel reception is very nice, very bright and airy. Much better than Sama Sama which is double the price. We were offered an instant upgrade and staff were nice.
The room however was not the best, it was smelly, not very clean and generally disappointing.
We checked in, then went out. When we returned someone had been in our room - we knew this as the toilet was left clear, when we returned someone had put a pink tissue in it! So God knows what that was about!
It is ‘ok’ for what they charge.... we only stayed 10 hours so was double, but I would not want to stay any longer

Excellent transit hotel in need of a little love. The design of this hotel is amazing , with great facilities including pool and gym. Front desk staff were amazing and extremely helpful
Very close by to KLIA airport and has shuttle as well as grab taxi is vey easy to get
Rooms are large and comfortable
Wifi was hit and miss and rooms although clean could use a deep clean and linens replaced towels were a bit worn as were sheets

We checked in at night around 9.30 pm.. It was next to MITSUI premium shopping outlet which was very convenient as our first stop was to MITSUI before checking in. The check in process was very fast and the duty manager was very helpful when we asked if the hotel could assist us on getting a complimentary birthday cake for my son's birthday at midnight. They took the extra mile and making sure my son had his birthday surprise! We also enjoyed the breakfast spread and the hi-tea too. The children loved the pool and it was great that there was also a separate pool for female swimmers who wants privacy. The only downside was there was no porter available at night to assist with the baggages and lastly we had an issue on the last night whereby while we were watching the in-room movie, twice in a row the smart tv was receiving requests to connect from an external gadget via mobile phone and a desktop. Both incident I denied the connection request and reported it to the duty manager that night on 28th December. I am still waiting for an answer on why such intrusion happens and lastly, the in room dining menu was not provided so we had to call for it to be delivered to the room. Other than that, our stay was great and if given the opportunity, we would love to stay there again someday !.

Room was lovely, no covered parking, and the aircond's fan a bit loud. Wifi was superb. For the breakfast, juice or even latte will be available with extra cost. It is not free ya. Food selection for breakfast was more than enough.

Worth every penny. What better way to end your Asian holiday with a bit of luxury . I had a very early flight at 8am the next day and was considering staying in one of those cheaper hotels further out and taxiing to the airport . I'm so glad I chose Movenpick. The hotel is so quiet , luxurious and well run it gets you in just the right mood for a night's stopover before your departing flight. I arrived from Lumut via coach, changed at KL sentral and then got the train to KLIA1, then picked up by the hotel shuttle from klia1. The whole process was very easy. The check-in process was so professional and courteous, they kindly booked a shuttle to take me to the airport the next day. They have a chocolate tasting event that is free from 3-4 pm which was a nice touch. It really made me feel welcome and part of the hotel right from the start. So often hotels are impersonal and the chocolate tasting made a welcome change from just going to one's room and sleeping . The rooms are stunning, bathrooms modern and I enjoyed having a bath . Room service is 24hrs and I enjoyed the buger and fries. The food came quickly. Just wish hotels would put a USB outlet in the rooms such a thing would negate having to carry round travel adaptors. Having said that the hotel was kind enough to lend me an adapter which was a welcome touch .

This hotel is an amazing value, especially for an airport stopover. It is a big and attractively designed building with great facilities and the price is really affordable. It also provides an hourly shuttle (free) from the hotel to both airport terminals (in both directions) from 4:00 A.M. to midnight. Way better that the capsule hotels at the airport itself. Just make sure to keep your eyes open for the shuttle, as you will need to spot the hotel's name on the side of their van.
However, it should be noted that my room was a bit run down compared to the elaborate public spaces. The carpet was a bit shabby and the walls were a bit scuffed. It might be time to renovate a little.

Water flowed from shower room to toilet and pooled there for whole night. Water in sink drained very slow. The in room dining service Chef recommended oxtail soup was a disaster. It took more than 30 mins to serve. The beef was very hard to Chew and the soup served warmth instead of hot. Very disappointed.

Movenpick KLIA was chosen as our first stay in this year, as a platinum member we manage to get our early checkin at 12pm and late checkout at 4pm, smooth process during check in and the FO staffs did a great job.
Our room was upgraded and facing the mosque, the room was so comfort, spacious and love the bathtub, there are few things that spoil our vacation and the management needs to take an urgent action: 1. the fridge was not working at all, all of my baby foods such as yogurt and fruits were spoiled (we put the fruits in the fridge after checkin and found out after we back from mitsui around 9:30pm) 2. clogged sink in the toilet 3. the level of cleanliness in the room is unsatisfactory where there are many clumps of hair on the carpet, leftover chocolate wrap behind the curtains and dirt that is not vacuumed in the corners of the room
we had our coffee and snack at Sira Lounge, the Chocolate hours(3pm-4pm) is amazing and great, this place is cozy and quiet, the evening mocktail starts from 5pm - 7pm but we missed it. Thanks to Sira staffs for very attentive and friendly.
Temasya Restaurant is the place that you should never miss it when you stay here. The buffet lunch was amazing and the foods taste soo good and we love it. En Syed, En Taufik, En Alif and the rest of the staffs was so helpful and friendly, you all makes the vibe alive, variety of foods selection including gulai kawah kambing and daging, this is the best food (taste and quality) among all Accor property that i've been stayed
Overall our short staycation was great except for the room that i highlight earlier, most of the staffs was well trained and friendly, we will be back Insyaallah for ramadhan buffet and staycation
