The hotel needs renovation. Bathroom was completely wet after shower and it kept leaking. You hear everything from outside in the room, the insulation is really bad. The bed and pillow are bad, very soft and not comfortable. The airport shuttle is expensive and we got picked up from hotel 20 mins late. That is irresponsible when you have to catch a flight. The owner of this service is not taking care at all, "it can happen". Better take a Grab, more reliable and cheaper.

Affordable hotel, not that room enough, please don't look under the bed, the housekeeping might be not clean it every time but need to pay attention to it. No amenities provided (No shampoo, no toothbrush) provided. They provide airport transfer from Hotel to KLIA2, 30 minutes away. No deposit required . Front Desk staff not that friendly enough

For me this gonna be my first and last visit to this place. It was a staycation for me, wife & daighter since we have a back to back visit to KLIA.. we checked in at 5pm and the process is smooth maybe becaused we call earlier to inform on our arrival. The staff is helpful as well. However, below are feedback on the hotel & my stay; 1. Reception & maintainance team is not 24 hrs. You will see a notice on the counter to say that there will be no staff 11.00pm onwards. Not sure whether there are any other hotel is having the same policy. As if you invite people to your house, and you left your guess alone. 2. Room is quite small and not really potrayed the photo that they have uploaded on the portal. No refrigerator, I got 1 towel with a cigarette hole, window view is just a wall from another room which is quite scarry at night. 3. Aircond was facing the window instead of your bed. We took triple room, the third is quite hot since its far from the aircond 4. Cleanliness - really need a lot of improvement especially toilet area. We need to move a bed so that we canhave a space for prayer, quite surprise to see the dust level there. Its unacceptable, to be honest. We settle for a prayer with the small place infront of the door. 5. Around 11pm, there was someone singing hindi and malay song which you can hear through the window untill i went to sleep around 12am. After all, you get what you pay so I just swallowed everything. At this point of time, i dont have any intention to even give a bad rating to this hotel. On check out day.. around 11.45am, i received call from reception named Intan. 'Reminding us to check out at 12pm. And she call again at 12.00pm, 12.15pm and 12.30. It is really harassing us. As if we have overstayed for 4 - 5 hours. Even once she said that the counter will be closed at 12.30pm.. the last hour at this hotel is the one disturbed me the most. When i confront her, she just repeat that this is the hotel policy she not even show some kind of respect towards customer. I dont feel she is fit to work at the front office. Her attitude as a front office staff is totally ridiculous. There is no one waiting for the room as she said to me during one of the harrasment call. I am still wondering why she insist on us to check out immediately. Not even ask about if I were to extent my stay.. To make it worst.. not even one manager on duty is available that day.. which she (intan) replied "hari ni kan hari ahad"..? As if all the hotel in the world dont have a supervisor on Sunday..?

We booked a 4-bed room for my wife, my two children and me. The shower glass was installed not next to the shower head, but on the far side, so the bathroom got very wet. The mattress was too soft that I and my wife had painful backs in the morning. The breakfast was priced at MYR 11/person, not expensive but the food wasn't worth it. Don't take it, you can get better food at nearby small Indian restaurants for about half the price. They said in the website that there was a shuttle to the KLIA airport for MYR 5.5/person. Unfortunately, only a handcarry was included in the price. A standard luggage case would be charged extra at MYR 11. In the end we booked our own taxi. In short: low price, but even lower quality

It is only 15-20 minutes from the airport so i recommend this hotel when you wait your next flight from KL. They also provide pick up and drop off with affordable price (only RM5.50) when you stay at this hotel. There is lot of restaurant around this hotel.

I had most enjoyable stay here. The staff are nice and helpfull. I like the one man, i forgot his name. He share and give me advice how better i go to SIC and what transport i can get. Firsttime check in the woman staff not really friendly i think, but the others was nice. 3 night stayed here, near to ERL salak tinggi, klia, and SIC. They also offered cheapest drop to klia only MYR5,5. And also shuttle car to SIC for drop and return only MYR30(i stayed here for motogp). But if you want to request for pick up from airport need to make reservation before atleast 48hours. Ah they also provided for bfast only MYR11 with simple bfast but thats enough for tummy:) and one more behind hotel you can easy to find warung nasi goreng and buffet kind of malay food, and its sooo cheap. I took 1 bed dormitory, ac was cold. And everyday they tidy up my bed. You can refill mineral water for free. Recommended if you looking for place to transit or solo backpack.

The worst hotel of my entire live ! We booked this hotel for 1 night as we were traveling back to Europe early on the following day and needed a place near the airport. I was not expecting a 5* but I have a few basic requirements about cleanness, beds, noise... The lobby was nice but when we reached the room I could have wept (my kids did). The room for 4 was tiny and dirty (my daughter looked behind the bed as she was looking for an outlet and she found a lot of dust and dead bugs). The air co was old, not working properly and very noisy. But the worst was the noise coming from outside. The hotel is located near the motorway and there is no insulation at all. I had the feeling I was sleeping between cars ... So much noise nobody could sleep that night. The transfer to the airport was poorly organised the following day with a seat missing so a lady had to take her kid on her lap to make sure everybody could enter the vehicle. And by the way this is not a airport hotel as advertised as you need 20 min to reach the hotel. Last thing we paid approx. 100 USD for a night which is HUGE in Malaysia (we had 5* for the same price). We should have refused to stay but it was late and the kids were tired.

We might have had an off experience, but our room was very poorly insulated from noise so we were regularly woken up by loud neighbors checking out at 5am or loud traffic. AC was either too cold or seemed to turn off automatically. Not especially clean - would not stay here again.

The hotel dorm was exceptionally well maintained with excellent clean facilities. I'd like to mention in specific about Mr. Alex John who I met at the hotel and took me around the city. He was such a friendly and helpful companion and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who would like to visit KL to simply take you around. Thank you so much for that!
