My check-in was just average and LAZY. The staff at the reception was unfriendly and unwelcoming. There is also no receipt given when you checked in. I remember, there was one female receptionist who was very unwelcoming. The minute I stepped in and smiled, she was already looking at me very rudely. And eye rolling. The male reception who attended... More

We stayed at this hotel only to be close to the airport for our early flight. It was quite expensive compared to a lot of nicer accommodations all around Malaysia so we expected a bit more and were totally disappointed. So many things are wrong with this place. First, the staff is the rudest people we have met during our... More

Yes it's cheap but it's not worth it. I've never met so rude staff supposed to be in hospitality. The woman on the front desk said 3 words on check in. Room 3**, WiFi password. I mean "hello" isn't too much surely. This hotel does not have a baby cot or spare mattresses so when I asked for something for... More

This is a hotel only to be able to rest your head in between flights. I would call it a highway hotel, nothing around for food or even sightseeing. Tried to book directly online but that somehow did not work, so had to go through one of the booking sites. First one would have been cheaper for me and the... More

The hotel is located conveniently near the KLIA Airport and Sepang International Circuit. The hotel is situated off one of the main toll roads in a complex with a bar at the front and an excellent Indian restaurant around the corner. The breakfast had a good choice of food. The hotel room I stayed in was supposed to be a... More

I had to stay for a few hours before my flight to Ho Chi Minh and glad I found this hotel online. They have a very cheap transportation service from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport the next morning. It is just a 10 to 15minute drive when there is no traffic. The rooms are... Firstly the airport shuttle they offer only runs every 2 hours so I waited at klia2 for 2 hours to travel about 8km. The people at the reception desk were quite rude and made no effort at all to tell me what food and drink options there were. In the end it turned out that because I had no malaysian... More

We booked this hotel because we thought it was close to the airport its actually a 20mins taxi ride away. Not a lot around the hotel and not the nicest place for a hotel. Staff are not the best and although looks modern the hotels got a strange smell. Personally I would look elsewhere and pay a bit more.
