Stayed at this hotel for the weekend of the Malaysian F1 grand prix. Well located for the airport and the race track, Hotel shuttle pick up worked well and there was a company outside the hotel arranging transport to the race track. Rooms are small but okay. Good range of satellite TV channels, plenty of hot water in the shower...

The place and decoration are quite good. Breakfast served early at 5am. It could have been a good night Unfortunately the aircon was too noisy, whenever you move inside bed was making noise. You can also hear the people in the corridor, chatting, opening door Little pb of shower conception: shower gate not aligned with shower : bathroom easily flooded...

The price shown is not the real one . I was supposed to pay 42 RM but the guy at the reception asked for 50 RM. When I asked why , he said that the price of 42 is without the taxes . When I told my Malay friend later about that he said that the taxes should be 6%...

We had a long stop over in KL and decided to actually stay in a hotel this time to rest up....however we didn't get rest. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone slamming doors and talking/yelling (maybe introduce a quite period like most hotels do) Bathroom was great (hot water could have be hotter) and the decor was...

As per reviews here, I wrote the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival requesting shuttle service pick up. No one has replied yet, and we are leaving to the airport as I type this up. I called and Tisha from reception said she cannot help me with this cause she doesn't have access to email! Her advice was to forward...

I booked a room at YouniQ through Booking.com. Unfortunately my flight was delayed until the next day and I could not make my original check in date. I contacted the hotel and they told me they couldn't do anything. They would not refund me, or move my booking to a day earlier. On Booking.com they had stated "Don't pay unless...

We were only in the room for 6 hours as it was a quick stop off before a flight. We were looking forward to some much deserved sleep however our bedsheets were disgusting! I would be amazed if the staff had even bothered to change them after the last person slept in the bed. The free shuttle is NOT FREE!...

Dear ljmarks85: So sorry to read of your bad experience staying with us. I think it must be a misunderstanding on your side for the free shuttle. We at the youniQ Hotel have never even promoted a free shuttle service at all since the day we opened door for business . In regard to your complaint of our bed sheet....

We stayed here for one night as an airport stop, which this hotel isn't bad for. The hotel itself is nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. Hotel smells slightly damp, sheets and towels stained. Shower plug had hair in from previous guest...not ideal! Shower itself had good pressure and both hot and...
