The room is Small and i have to pay for almost 200 USD a night. The room is very standart.The Toilet has no Keys. No Water boiler to make coffee. I suggest you to stay in Kuala Lumpur city and you can get bigger and better room. In KL you can get cheaper and better room

This located near to KLIA Hotel and best location for transit, less traffic to KLIA , food stall near by, room normal size, price very reasonable, easy access to local supermarket , transport also no problem

For the price, I am happy with my stay. Room was clean, bathroom was ok, aircond, etc -- was all working well. Staff was friendly. Efficient shuttle service too. Will definitely consider to stay here again if I hv an early flight to catch.

Stay here because of early flight the next morning to avoid the jam. Economical and simple stay, surrounding limited food. Nothing interesting in the surrounding areas too. If you have no car, moving around is a big big problem.

Service: The receptionist who received us when we got there was nice and helpful. The second one, who assisted us in checking out process and booking the shuttle car, not that reliable in terms of agility. Still fine, tho. The shutter car driver made us late to catch our bus in KLIA1 bc he chose to go to KLIA2 to drop other passengers first. Not entirely his fault, tho. We could've told him that we needed to catch the bus soon. So if you wanna use the shuttle car, I strongly suggest that you explain about your schedule, twice. Just a gentle reminder since they seemed to not remember the info I gave them the first time. You have to pay RM10 per person for the shuttle car. The room: - The TV only has 3 channels, so don't expect much. - The room was okay, not too clean, the air was like dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing and sniffling throughout the night and in the morning. - There was this smell..kinda like burning hair. Location: It's like 17-20 minutes to KL airport. Food: I didn't try the food there, but you can easily find restaurants nearby that open until late.…

My friends and I didn't manage to stay at this hotel, because of the unprofessional and poor customer service. Being told to have 24 hour front desk service and airport transfer, when we landed at KLIA2, THE ONLY CONTACT NUMBER WE HAD WAS NOT REACHABLE AT ALL. What kind of service is this? I could have pre-book the airport transfer but your staff told me that the service was 24 hours and no need to pre-book, we ended up stranded at the airport for hours because even if we go to the hotel by ourselves, we doubt that there will be any staff serving us. Don't stay at this hotel.

The worst experience I've got so far throughout my entire life. Leaving us waiting in the airport for more than an hour at 3am in the morning and still not picking up the phone. They promised to offer airport transfer once we landed. I'm really so upset with your property. We ended up staying in another hotel in airport. I emailed your property to make a complaint, unfortunately NO ACTION IS BEEN TAKEN. No refund is even done. Please don't stay in the hotel.

Stayed in deluxe king room but nothing special,strong wifi,poor selection of tv channel.Can book shared transfer to airport with front desk for Rm20 per pax,journey about 20 minutes.If you from airport to hotel,give a call to hotel for pick up service!

We got a dark and dingy room. It was okay but miles from what I expected. The roof top dining restaurant was terrible. I think the waiter/barman/chef had to man the restaurant by himself which meant the service was slow and terrible. When my chicken curry came it looked, honestly like a child had made and tasted awful. Didn't even come with any rice so our man gave me four slices of dry bread. Would not recommend accept going for drinks. The front desk promised to give us a wake call for our flight the next day which they failed to do causing us to almost miss our flights. I don't care for this hotel one bit and I would recommend giving it a miss.

We was there February 2018. The staffs are ok but the room we stayed are small and noisy. Do you believe it they gave us a towels with a big holes but I never attempt to use anyway. The bed and pillow sheets are smelly and old. The location are not closed to airport at all it too about 1/2 by shuttle . Never going back to this place again. The worst hotel I ever stay in my whole life.
