Yes you have to go to customer and immigrations, and apply visa for that...the naximum hours without visa is less than 8 hours

How do you get from Terminal M to Capsule?
There's a free shuttle from KLIA1 to KLIA2. The hotel is inside KLIA2 at the ground lever.

Us filipinos dont need any visa entering malaysia.. U wont need to go outside the airport its just inside the premises.. But need to pass the exit immigration.. Then just go back on ur time of departure another checking by immigration.. I had 10hr layover in klia last jan for connecting flight to krabi :)
