The idea is good but the customers ruin a good idea. I spent 6 hours here on the land side operation and found myself being disturbed every 20minutes or so by people coming and going and talking, laughing, banging or looking for their pod.
The bed was okay, and the shower was great after a short nap.
Earplugs are supplied but I didn’t find them until I was leaving.
You can’t take you luggage into the capsules so this does reduce the noise factor but does sort of displace clothes and other bits that would be useful. It is all stored out in lockers in the reception areas.
Would definitely recommend not being near the showers or toilets. People seemed to think this was a space to be more social.

Everything was OK, bed was comfortable, essentially a very convenient location to catch a short sleep before your next flight. Only issue I had was the dirty bathroom and shower, it really needs more frequent cleanups and maintainence. Other than that bed was comfortable, just a little warm in the night.

I reached KLIA 2 airport late night at 1am after a trip to Bali. So instead of going to the city I decided to sleep here as I was very tired. I booked a capsule with queen bed as I was traveling along with a friend. The bed is comfortable and I had a nice sleep of 6 hours. The rest rooms are very clean and the shower area is good enough.

I saw this place on my to Siem Reap and knowing that on my return trip home there was a 10 hr layover, I kept it in mind.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful first showing me their display space to see if I would be satisfied with staying in a capsule.

I had minimal hand luggage and not being particularly tall, this was perfect to sneak in a 6 hr slot where I was able to have a snooze and shower.
Bed is comfy, pillows and blanket provided is lovely. Once I paid on arrival, I receive a towel, eye mask, ear plus, toothbrush/toothpaste kit and a bottle of water, in my capsule was also slippers (thongs).
Yes the space is small but I was totally fine with it.
Bathroom is also small but for me it also wasn’t an issue, the shower has got great pressure and there’s a dispenser with conditioning shampoo and body wash. Toilets are in the same space.
I loved my stay, it was very comfortable.

I recently had a 17 hours layover in Kuala Lumpur. My flight landed around 1.00am in the morning. I supposed to get out of the airport during layover. Apparently I changed my mind, I feel so lucky staying at Capsule. I booked a room for 12 hours there. Wake up fresh and feel energized.

I love how they create comfy atmosphere and affordable for everyone who wants to rest there.

The bathroom and room are clean, staffs are friendly, what do we expect more?

They even give me a small energize packets, it includes a chocolate, a small biscuits when I checked out.

I loved it! Highly recommend if you have a long stopover at KL.

I tried staying at this place for the first time. Very suitable for solo travelers who want to sleep soundly without disturbance, have a clean shower before their next connecting flight or relieve themselves in peace. The price offered is quite reasonable, and the price offered by OTA is the same as the price if we came to order directly at the reception. When we arrived and finished paying, we immediately got a bag containing a towel, ear plugs, bottled mineral water, WiFi code and toiletries. This room measures 1 meter less than 2.5 meters. There are 2 pillows, a blanket, an electric socket, a safe and a place to store luggage. The mattress is quite soft and we can lock the cubicle from the inside. The coldness of the AC can be felt in the cubicle when we turn off the lights. There are several bathrooms available and 2 of them are specifically for shower cubicles. Shampoo and bath gel are available in the shower room. There was no airport noise, even though it was not too loud and clear. I personally can sleep soundly and can straighten my back. Sometimes you can hear room neighbors moving things or talking, depending on the attitude of the people staying because this capsule is made for a place to rest, not for chatting. Maybe the hotel should emphasize or give notice to customers to maintain peace to respect other guests who are resting. Overall, I highly recommend this transit capsule for resting with a choice of 3, 6 and 12 hours. We can even take on-the-go packages, such as just taking a shower or leaving things. The gate entrance is only a few meters from the transit capsule, so there's no need to panic and rush if you want to get to the gate.

1st time staying in capsule was few months ago, I recommend it because of its cleanliness n comfort.

This is my 2nd time staying in capsule transit however this time is really disappointing. There’s no hot shower during my stay yesterday night. )6hours layover)

This is really ridiculous where hot shower should be 1 of the basic amenities for a hotel (set aside the high price charged).

Besides, the counter did not mentioned beforehand during check in.

I requested a refund as my flight was cancelled and was very kindly forwarded a refund application form and informed that the finance department would contact me.
It has now been nearly 4 months and I have not heard anything so I contacted the hotel again to ask about this. I was informed once again that finance would contact me. I have asked how long it will take a number of times and they have stopped replying. I understand it is a difficult time for businesses such as this, but I would appreciate at least a response. I am owed a refund and I expect to receive one.

After tiring day, early morning flight then missed flight by stupid mistake, almost lost passport, not able to find ticket. Not good half a day. Then staying at the airport having good veggie soup and latest top of the day is capsule transit hotel. First of all nice staff, very helpful. Great creative idea of small space sleeping capsules located on most expensive airport place. Hotel is build like container warehouse. You have your own capsule with light, charging….You get towel, water and sharing toilet and shower. Perfect enough. Many places to just in walking distance and shop some necessities. Really recommended

Stayed in the Capsule Transit Hotel located inside the international departures section of the Airport. Was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of staff. Wifi worked well, bed well ventilated and comfortable. Prices exactly as displayed with no hidden fees or taxes.

Only downside was the maintenance issues in the bathrooms with only 2 of 4 showers working and 1 of those not draining. This can be fixed.

Perhaps given the times we are facing, you are best to contact any hotel directly. What I stayed in was a pod,it was very much solo occupancy only, however I am unsure of larger pods for more than one person. Best of luck on your travels and accommodation.

First, the capsule space: These things are basically a generously spaced out and more private bunk bed. The mattress does not take up the whole thing, at a pinch you could slide it up the side of the thing next to you. But there is a big locker section outside the rooms near reception where the big items should fit ok. It’s a big locked cage space, with access only for guests. The second part I can’t answer for certain. I flew into KLIA2, and pretty much stayed under the roof of that complex. The minimum stay period is a 6 hour booking, and this is all I did. Enough to get a few hours of sleep, a hot shower and time to get breakfast in the KLIA2 foodcourt. I checked in at 2am, was on a flight by 10am. It is however really close to the taxis and shuttle buses outside the KLIA terminal; and you will have officially entered the country to check in there, so I would imagine getting across to the main KLIA section would be a relatively simple thing - shouldn’t be more than half and hour of logistics to do that. Hope that helps.

There's a free shuttle from KLIA1 to KLIA2. The hotel is inside KLIA2 at the ground lever.
