It's been another moment I stayed in U3 Hotel
And this time I have a chance to stayed in Superior Family Room.
This hotel located just 5 minutes from Subang Airport, even you can watch the end of the runway from this hotel.
I have been staying in this hotel since 2019 during my 3D2N business trip.

The facilities are sufficient for short tripper.
Inside the room, there is complimentary mineral water, tea bags and water kettle.
Water heater, liquid soap.
There are a lot of food stall and hawker center around.
Staff are kind.
Room are always cleaned before we check in.

It is recommended place..

I have reserved two rooms for my family (2052 and 2058). Room 2058 is excellent; it's beautiful, clean, and I am highly satisfied with it. However, room 2052 is not up to par. Two lamps were not functioning, which makes the room appear gloomy and dark. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced, so the room is not cool enough. Additionally, there is an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, it is acceptable but falls short of my expectations. It's the same type of room (superior triple room), but the condition is different. The check-in process was also slow, resulting in a queue of guests waiting for their check-in. Nevertheless, for those who are staying for short night, it should be fine.

First look is nice. But some part of the wallpaper in the room has came off, the tap for the sink is so loose that I can turn left to right. Plus the sint DON'T have hot water. So far I was still OK with this. But then when I was lying down on the bed I noticed only 2 pillows so I tried to call the front desk to ask for 1 more pillow as their pillow is too soft for me, when I pick up the phone in the room don't work! When inform the front desk, they only reply "ya the phone don't works some time." with a I don't care face to me. If u have a choice, don't choose this hotel.

The check in was extremely frustrating. The lady on the front desk had limited English and her mobile phone rang constantly. Her supervisors were in the adjacent cafe and eventually they came to help. They were not exactly super efficient themselves and the whole process was extremely frustrating. To the room, clean and acceptable, however, no fridge and no where to hang a single shirt. No wardrobe or hangers or anything. It is simply a room with a bed. As long as you know this in advance and it’s ok for you then the hotel is ok.

Would i stay again? No, would I recommend it to people wanting to go for simply using the bed and shower, yes. But be patient

Had an annual dinner nearby this location and this hotel suprised me the minute I walked in to the reception. For the price I am paying for a weekend, which is extremely good value to the high quality stay that I had, and also the extreme detail to cleanliness,
I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. If I have the time or the extra cash for a quick 1-nite stay getaway to a hotel, this would be it ! Lifts are working, brand new, the corridors come equipped with carpets, room was very exclusive looking, the toilets are excellent and tv however had only a number of channels but that's fine for a quick stay.

Bunk in for a business trip, the room was spacious, everything was good in the first glance.

Flooring feels dusty and the complimentary slipper provided was too small to fit, glad that I brought my own. After that I realized there were hairs on the floor, they are not obvious but once you saw them, the question of hygiene surfaced.

Subsequently I will need to work on the table top which is located below the TV mounting. One touch on the surface, all dusty and my I had to use my own wet tissue for wiping (2 times) and another round of dry tissues before I can put my stuff.

Thirdly comes to the toilet amenities, All is good but when I turned on the shower, i didn’t get any hot water even after I twisted the knob to the direction that indicates “hot”, I ran the water for 10-15 minutes without feeling any heat, ironically, the “cold” side works well.

Soundproof was so bad, my neighbor was making such noises at 5am and they are throwing out cigarette butts outside the window. It was very difficult to stay asleep with the noises (shower running, talking &tv noises).

Check in was smooth, and all staff were friendly, they greet me every time I passed by.

No free parking before 5pm, and hotel is giving 3hr complimentary parking coupon which is good enough for me. Anyway, there are eateries and convenient stores nearby.

Minus 2 points for the hair, dust and cold shower.
