1st time at the 1st Inn, & last ever
When we 1st got to the room, there were cigarette ashes on the floor, table & bed. It smells too. Toilet was dirty, No water making facility provided. Even the water dispenser outside is not working.

Service were bad, our receptionist was watching a k-pop video on youtube while entertaining us checking in. Any extra request for towel, praying mat, water making facility or perfume is answered rudely.

You would get much more better budget hotels in Shah Alam other than the 1st Inn franchise, at bout the same rate.

Overall, extremely terrible. Worst nightmare ever.

Saya pernah duduk hotel yang rate dia sama dengan 1st Inn seksyen 20 tetapi facilities dia cukup memuaskan seperti dalam bilik ada mini bar. Minta untuk improve lagi facilities tersebut. Sebagai contoh hotel yang saya puas hati dengan harga berpatutan anda boleh lihat hotel seri puchong di bandar puteri. Ikut lah contoh hotel tersebut.
