It is a new hotel and everything looks nice. However, housekeeping dept needs to be improved a lot. When I entered the room, floor is not cleaned, crumb on one of the drawer, dusty. I did not bother since I was too tired to deal with it. The next day, I put the clean room sign and told front desk around 9 am about cleaning the room. I went back at 6pm and the room still was not cleaned. Since it is inot cleaned, I ask for towel, water etc. It takes sooo long to get it. Very dissapointing stays. Nobody seems working in housekeeping dept.

I love that the hotel staffs are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Anything I asked for, delivered to my room swiftly. It's a new hotel, so everything is nice but cleanliness can be improved. Spacious room for 3 of us. Upon check in, our room was ready with the aircond turned on & it smells really good. Breakfast was yummy with variety of good food. Walking distance to Setia City Mall & easy access to highway. Very nice swimming pool. On our first day, the pool was not ready which is a bit let down. I thought it should be cleaned & ready before the opening hours instead of cleaning while we are enjoying the pool. But that day, there were not many visitors & the pool is spacious so it's acceptable for me. Overall it was a good experience, I would recommend if anyone wants to stay here.…

Was at this hotel for 1 night during first day of chinese new year and my review as follows: 1) Location It is located opposite Setia City Mall therefore staying here is very convenient. Plenty of food options in the mall. 2) Parking Parking is covered and safe. Parking bays are plenty during our stay and is quite spacious too. Parking is free for hotel guest. 3) Check In Check in was fast and pleasant. The staff attended to me was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offered a complimentary slice cake to celebrate my dad's birthday. Very nice gesture of the hotel. 4) Room 1607 & 1608 Room size is spacious. Room is modern, new and bright. Matress is quite luxury and comfortable. Pillows were great too. Bathroom size is good and spacious. Maybe the toiletries can be improved as the brand Nirvae is unknown to any of us. 5) Wifi Wifi is free and quite fast 6) Swimming Pool Pool size is ok for city hotel but swimming attire is not observed. We saw guest wearing t shirt, cotton shirt, long pants, jeans and track bottoms swimming in the pool as there is no one supervising the pool. Maybe the hotel can look into this. 7) Buffet Breakfast Breakfast spread is good and impressive for a 4 star hotel located out of KL. There are coffee machines, egg station, noodle station, roti canai station, impressive salad, fruits & cold cut fridge as well as dim sum and fresh fruit juice (freshly blended honeydew juice). Food that does not taste nice during breakfast is nasi lemak (the rice is not lemak at all and not fragrant). Sambal is also a let down. The pastry section is also kind of limited. Also, it is apparent that the restaurant is under staff, as the same chef that is doing roti canai has to run to the noodle section and top up food at the buffet. I believe this can also be improved on. Overall, i did enjoy the breakfast at this hotel. 8) Overall, this is a good hotel in Setia Alam. Highly recommended.…

Absolutely outstanding service! New Hotel in Setia Alam opened to public on 1st December 2022. Check in process: smooth and fast, hotel receptionist was friendly and doing their job very good. Room: Booked Guest Room, 1 King bed. Have sofa bed. Pillow and mattress are soft. Bathroom: Love their shower rain. Toilet don't have bidet. Others: Beside shopping mall, convention center and public park. 10 minutes walking distance to enjoy variety of foods and night life at Uptown Setia Alam. Will be my option hotel to stay when go to Setia Alam.

My family and I stayed for 1 night here and we were privileged to stay in the executive suite. The room is very spacious, the living area is occupied with a large screen TV, wardrobe is just next to the shower area, making it very convenient. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay for us and our kids. Breakfast was not bad, choices are ample and suitable for kids as well. But some foods needs to be improved such as the chicken tandoori and fried mihun, taste and texture wise is off. Love the yong tau hu and dimsum though, nice option for those who doesn't like too heavy breakfast. Although it is a newly opened hotel, the hotel staff are all very prepared, services are great and we felt very welcomed there. Would love to come back here for a staycation.
