I suppose to check in at 2pm but they said that the room was not ready and need to wait until 3.30pm but then I waited until 4.30pm and the room still wasnt ready. The receptionist staff (girl) said the they will upgrade my room from standard twin bed to 2 queen bed. So I went to the nearest shopping mall to get some food. Later I came back to check in, the staff (guy) said that there's no upgraded has been made in the system so I get the room I was assigned for. The condition of the room was very bad. Lighting problem, too dull, tv not functioning very well and the worst part is that at first I called the staff to send an iron to my room. I waited 30 min, no one came. I called again more than 10 times, no one pick up until my father had to went to their reception counter to took the iron from them. Usually, there will be a staff for night shift in housekeeping dpt. but, I dont think so for this hotel. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Book for budget room. spacious with1 queen size bed, 1 standard single and a wardrobe. Bathroom outside, look messy with water on the corridor. Not to mention how stained and moldy it is.
Cannot stand it, so request to room with bathroom inside. Left room only deluxe type, so no choice since I cannot cancel the budget room. The price you can get abetter standard room with breakfast at well known hotel.

The deluxe room with no window (there is additional charges for view). room with a queen size and a single bed. Door lock is simple and not so secure for me.Room not that clean, comforter already old. Small Flat tv. No satellite tv. Channel manual setup and so almost all channels blurred. Wardrobe without hanger and dusty inside. Bathroom omg, stained and moldy...

This hotel located in a business park. So, the hotel rooms are scattered at different blocks. Safety is relied on the business park securities. The parking area is dark , few lamp only and too quiet after restaurant closed after 10.

The receptionist counter is inside a mart and only a person to attend you. So expect delay or more to no one to pick up if u call.

Overall, i feel regret choosing this hotel.

Very bad experience with the hotel management. manage your expectation if you choose to stay over this place.

1. I booked via Agoda.com.
2. Everything got confirmed ~ as we are checking in late.
3. Reached the Hotel ~ noted that there is no reception! We had to look around everywhere (literally) looking for a check-in counter to no avail. Finally we found a table and a chair seated by one Bangladeshi whom didn't know if we had made a booking! He handed us room's key anyway.
4. We took the lift to the said room. And, WE GOT STUCK IN THE LIFT FOR GOOD 10 MINUTES! Cried for help, rang the bell, no help came - we even tried to force open the door! After which, it moved and opened. We got out unharmed.
5. Got to the room ~ it was a budget hotel, no expectation triggered. Lied down and switched on the TV. Walla! It was a broken TV! We called the Bangladeshi to show the TV, and he said ~ the TV has been broken but it was a small break. I was like, this is how you treat a guest? We paid for a broken TV? It sounded like we broke the TV. I was not happy with the reply I got.
6. Called the hotel to cancel the booking and explained on the conditions, asked to call Agoda.com which we did. And what, surprise surprise, Chris of Agoda.com told us he had to check with the hotel for cancellation. I was put on hold while they called the hotel which I was informed that there was no answer. Chris promised to call me back before 12 noon the next day to confirm full refund as we weren't really happy with the condition of the room. Which he didn't until almost 1pm with at most 3 ringings that I was unable to pick up the call because it was too fast. Fine.
7. I called back the same number ~ no answer.
8. I received an email at 1:15pm saying I didn't answer their call and I'll be charged 1 night and they would need evidence of the room condition for cancellation.
9. Needless to say ~ I was fumed with the answer they provided for my request to cancel the booking. 1 ~ we had to find place to stay the previous night because of the condition of the room they provide us, their guest. 2 ~ the cancellation should be on the night itself!
10. I immediately called Agoda.com and spoke to Hafiz, told him I cancelled the booking and I was expecting refund. And I was not in a mood to deal with no integrity people when he offered to call the hotel to sort things out.
11. I got charged for the 1 night ~ which I careless to think about it. And get refund for the rest.

Guys, yes it was bad experience. However, the essence is ~ they didn't treat their guest right. They could have offered another room with a TV that works.

A very convenient place to stay at the very heart of Shah Alam. With nice view in the centre of the park where flowers are blooming and water fountain plays its beautiful role, It has all it takes to be extraordinary. From its affordable price, friendly front officer to variety of services including banking, local and international food, spa and even laundry for those who planned to stay for a long term. Plus, the location is very near with Shah Alam stadium, Giant, Tesco, with 7 minutes trip to the city centre which sums up all the fantastic experience we had there. A must try budget hotel.

DEFINITELY I WONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

First, the hotel is not customer oriented as the management, the reception and the room are separated in different area. I have to wait for more than 2 hours for check in bcs they didnt finish clean up the room!! The room is bad, the lighting is dim, the toilet stinks, theres mould in the toilet and the toilet is too high.Theres defect everywhere in the room. How can this type of hotel can still be operated.
