1. When checking in, took couple of hours just to get our bags to be sent over to our room after many times calling and after personally walk over to the reception 2. Nobody was manning the swimming pool towel island. needed to ask help from house keeping staff just to get the towel for swimming pool. No life guard. 3. Paid RM27.85 for crappy ice latte (in room dining). Even mamak stall coffee tasted better. 4. Gym was small, no towel provided for gym, not even water dispenser or bottled water. 5. Hotel layout is bad. Need to walk very far go get to the room. 6. Swimming pool really needs to be cleaned, swimming pool bridge needs urgent repair. Looks like its going to collapse anytime. 7. Booked for father’s day celebration. Eventually outside restaurant provides million times better service then this hotel. 8. We booked 2 rooms next to each other. One had coffee machine but the other one had no coffe machine. But same price paid. 9. Very difficult for us to get leave from work & spend quality time with family. Ended up ruining our holiday instead…
overall the resort is nice. landscaping is well maintained, rooms seemed to be refurbished. the carpet and pillows were extremely dusty, and caused my wife to have an asthma attack, of which we had to rush to the nearby hospital as her airways all closed up. the main thing that upset me was that they were only wiling to provide 2 extra bottles of mineral water for the room, and every extra bottle was charged at RM5 per bottle! that's daylight robbery! i had to speak to multiple managers before i reached the Executive Asst Manager Kugan. To me, this policy should never have been in place as water is the most basic necessity. and for a 5-star hotel to charge customers for extra bottles of water is extremely unbecoming and almost CHEAP. we consumers should NOT accept policies like this.…
I'm giving a 4 star as I like the concept and ambiance however If I factor in the service I'll be giving a 2 star. Only one staff by the name of Murni upstairs at cigar lounge and she was also running the bar. Good selection of cigar however no menu? When ask for Cigar menu I was told no menu and have to walk in to the Cigar room to see and choose for myself. One staff is just not enough. Please look into it.
I came back from this stay with a rash on several parts of my body. My doctor confirmed it's because of bed bugs. I contacted the hotel several times to inform them and ask for compensation of my medical bill. No reply to my emails at all. On the calls I was always promised someone is gonna call me back. Never happened. I'm super disappointed in the way they handle this. So unprofessional and definitely doesn't leave a good impression
My kids really love the place... the room was nicely decorated, it gave a nice ambience, beautiful resort in the city, delicious breakfast... definitely would consider to come again in future. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good. The only downside is that the pool was quite dirty. Need to do more frequent cleaning.
The western food was pretty good. The Asian selection was quite disappointing. Already filled up some other commons section above. Please have a look at my comments and provide some feedback many thanks for your time in reviewing them
This hotel has a great entertainment outlet - Rumah Peranakan or also known as RP's. Great chilled out place with a nice ambience. Serve good food and many selection of drinks to choose from. Good place to host private gatherings as well. Special thanks to a Stephanie Lee who is the waitress, bartendress and an all rounder. She portrait great PR skills, friendly and attentive.
value for money, nice place and a very good staff members that help a lots.Just a few disturbing thing inside my room where i founds a bug and there is no slippers inside the room.will be back soon i hope..
I stayed at the saujana during my covid quarantine as i asked to be transfered from the quarantine center at maeps serdang. The rooms are amazing, and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. They would leave my meal at my door 3x a day. However, we were not allowed to chose the meals nor did we know what they were beforehand (this was different to my post travel quarantine at Swiss Garden hotel because there we had 3 options for each meal). I imagine this can be a bit inconvenient to people with food restrictions or westerns that are not used to eat asian food like rice and noodles at 8am. I personally thought the food was excellent quality, but I did get a bit tired of eating curry at one point when they served it for a few consecutive meals. I stayed at the executive room which was perfect for quarantine as it had a separate living room to the bedroom. The only inconvenience i had was that I had to change my room as the first room had no netflix (executive rooms are supposed to have netflix on the tv) and I ended up forgetting my iphone charger in the first room and was not able to retrieve it .…
The hotel was undergoing renovation works and several types of rooms were not available. We were a party of 6 (3 adults and 3 children). So, we had to be separated into two Executive Deluxe Rooms in order to fit everyone comfortably. We were looking for a quiet weekend before Ramadhan, but surprisingly, there were a lot of guests and the weddings did not help either. The hotel is beautifully surrounded by lots of trees and the lake makes the view more incredible. The swimming pool was just OK, but they ran out of towels pretty quickly. After an hour of waiting for the towels to be replenished (while we were in the pool), we ended up walking back to our rooms soaking wet because there was no one around to help us out, to even ask if we needed any help. The rooms are newly renovated (I think). They are clean, but rather small. Beds are comfortable and clean, but could use new pillows altogether. The bathrooms are well lit with a big bathtub. I didn't enjoy the shower at all as the water struggles to maintain its temperature. I had to constantly tamper with the shower tap while showering. Our rooms were located farthest from the lobby and restaurants, but that didn't bother us. The bell service was terribly slow, but given the current situation, I guess that's understood. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was, however expecting more from the price I paid for the Executive Deluxe Rooms.…
