This hotel has a great entertainment outlet - Rumah Peranakan or also known as RP's. Great chilled out place with a nice ambience. Serve good food and many selection of drinks to choose from. I stayed at the saujana during my covid quarantine as i asked to be transfered from the quarantine center at maeps serdang. The rooms are amazing, and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. They would leave my meal at my door 3x a day. However, we were not allowed to chose the meals nor did we know what they were beforehand (this was different to my post travel quarantine at Swiss Garden hotel because there we had 3 options for each meal). I imagine this can be a bit inconvenient to people with food restrictions or westerns that are not used to eat asian food like rice and noodles at 8am. I personally thought the food was excellent quality, but I did get a bit tired of eating curry at one point when they served it for a few consecutive meals. I stayed at the executive room…

Dear camilakwm, I believe you are referring to another property The Club Saujana that is a completely detached and isolated building which is currently surrendered to an agent to support the Malaysian government control the Covid-19 situation, by offering luxury quarantine facility. Quarantine guests have a separate check-in /check out desk and have no access to any of the hotel facilities. These guests are completely isolated from the public and the main hotel with around the clock supervision by government authorities and medical personnel. Services provided are by the appointed government agent as hotel employees are not exposed to the quarantine guests. We wish you all the best and stay safe. The hotel was undergoing renovation works and several types of rooms were not available. We were a party of 6 (3 adults and 3 children). So, we had to be separated into two Executive Deluxe Rooms in order to fit everyone comfortably. We were looking for a quiet weekend before Ramadhan, but surprisingly, there were a lot of guests and the weddings did not help either. The hotel is beautifully surrounded by lots of trees and the lake makes the view more incredible. The swimming pool was just OK, but they ran out of towels pretty quickly. After an hour of waiting for the towels to be replenished (while we were in the pool), we ended up walking back to our rooms soaking wet because there was no one around to help us out, to even ask if we needed any help. Had my clean smelling wet clothes or damp area after checking in. At the very moment I stepped into the room. Quiet a nuisance especially after such a long day driving around. The rest was okay together with exceptional reception.

Overall ok. The hotel surrounding really calm. Check in process smooth. Not too many people even during weekend & cmco. Breakfast good. My baby really enjoyed the bath tub and swimming pool. Only the playground needs to be maintained and cleaned.

Used to be Hyatt during Subang Airport as our international airport days. The room has been refurbished and nicely maintained. Exterior especially the ceiling and lighting could have been better. Try to get room at Block 2 as it is nearer to the lobby.

Overall experience is nice except for one lady associate in Charcoal who spoilt the overall stay experience in Saujana. She is very rude and unpleasant. She selectively attend to customers and does not how to appropriately speak to people. Often shouting and speak rudely to customers

Overall experience is OK except for the fact that the lift (in block 3) is out of service and we need to use the stairs. Not able to use lift at block 2 because the access to block 2 from 2nd floor is flooded due to heavy raining on Satuday (evening). The bath tub was not sparkling clean. It looks clean from my raw view but once it was filled with water, we can see dust floating. Dust can also be found in the room, near the bedside table & lamp. There was a tree falling during the heavy rain (saturday evening) at the pool and the management take some time to take care of it. Shd handle the issue before people start going inside the pool, instead of around 10am on Sunday. But, I love the resort concept of the hotel. A good staycation not far from home.
