Lack cleanliness as there were bugs inside the sheets. Felt very itchy throughout the night and didn’t bother to call the room service as it was very late. In Room Breakfast portions was very small considering the high price.

Always my favorite staycation place within Klang Valley. Lovely wide open lush green landscape and lake view, clean and modern spacious rooms and wide selection of F&B. Also very helpful staff, I had to print some urgent documents for my flight and they were super kind and accommodating to help.

Good service and staff are polite. reservation request was not granted and no explanation was given. Overall stay was pleasant and we wish we could utillize all amenities. Might come again for another stay.

Overall experience was good. I like how peaceful the place is with a nice lake and pool view. The hotel is also surrounded by trees and maybe some monkeys? Haha. I encountered a monkey by the window but seems pretty harmless. Breakfast was also good - not a buffet but there were three sets to choose from (Saujana, Malaysian and Healthy set). The room was very clean, got basic toiletry stuff and coffee/tea. All the staff were friendly and accomodating. It's good that they are able to maintain the place even during this pandemic. I was really able to relax during my stay. Also, the hotel is just about 45 mins away from the city center so it was quite easy to go there.

Nice & clean hotel. Fast & easy check in & check out. The receptionist is so kind helping us with our small issues. But can't remember her name. Malay girl with a short hair. Price is affordable. Due to pandemic, breakfast choosen by set provided. However, swimming pool is open without time limit. Swimming pool is beside the lake. Beautiful. Sweet escape. Satisfied.

We celebrated our son's birthday in Charcoal and stayed in Saujana for 2 nights. All family and friends were invited and Mr Mahes and team (Ragesh and the gang!) had been looking after us from my first phone call up to the end of our stay. All of our guest were fully taken care off and i myself as a host has been look after by Ragesh where he ensure i have food and drinks standby for myself as i was busy hosting my own guests! It was an amazing service overall and they have been doing the extra miles to ensure all goes prefect for us. We had a great time and received many good feedback from our own party guests. We will definately come back to Saujana KL. Thank you Mahes and Charcoal team!! Amazing job you guys!!

Love the embience, the food and the bed is amazing. Staffs are all friendly and very welcoming. Enjoyed the trip so well. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast set provided so much. Check in and out process was super smooth.

I went there for solo retreat after giving birth. The resort are so peaceful, I can rest without no problem. I really love the bathroom, it's spacious and it separate the shower and bathtub. Breakfast at charcoal are great. The croissant is the best I've ever eat 😍

Cleanliness in the hotel room have to improve. The tableware in the room are not cleaned properly. However, the rest of the services and cleanliness either in the room or at the check-in/out counter are satisfactory.
