Stayed here for work. The room I stayed in was clean but quite small. Location was good as it was inside the Icity theme park. A shopping mall was just within walking distance. Breakfast was superb! Who would have thought that a 3-Star rating hotel had plenty of choices for breakfast

Excellent food and hospitality. I will definitely choose this hotel again. The rooms were super clean and the staffs were really helpful. Even the housekeeping was done real fast. Overall the stay in the hotel was amazing and fulfilling.

The food was great and variety! but the size room is small. if u comes with children , perhaps need to upgrade your room. Location wise was great too and u can get complimentary water theme park ticket too.

Best hotel to stay if you want to visit i-city at the night. Free parking at the hotel & you don’t need to use your vehicle to go to the park as it only walking distance. Best Western also offer free unlimited ticket to waterpark. You have to download i-city superapp and show to the reception to redeem the ticket. Overall I enjoyed my short trip

In i city and near to sogo. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good. Overall very satisfied. Highly recommended. The only problem is hotel lobby location pin in basement causing Grab car difficult to find.

good service provided. room was cleaned everyday throughout the stay. facilities provided well. food was okay. hotel was nearby the theme park. there was free access to the water park but sadly didnt have the time to experience it.

Very Good and excellent experience. The breakfast was really good and have a lot of varieties of choice. Very close to waterpark i-city which can be accessed with walking only. Room was very clean and the space was big enough for family of three.
