This is my first hotel after covid 19 attack Malaysia. I would say this hotel is beyond my expectation. Room is clean and spacious. Hot water and refrigerator function very well. I have 1 year old daughter with me. After breakfast, i went to kids club. Kids club is very good, spacious and fun. There is one staff takinh care this area. The staff very child friendly & entertain the children here. Lots of toy. They limit number of children in this area for physical distancing. Must book first. Name and temperature is taken. Pictures beliw show kids club area. Most important is my daughter really enjoy her time here. I also love how guards here politely remind guest who does not put on their mask. They really take seriously procedures that been set by our health ministry. I feel touched when the hotel director came and make sure all the staffs abide with the procedures. Really love it! Worth with the price. Would come there again. Please bring your family here. You will be satisfied. Lets support local and domestic tourism 😍

Spacious and sparkling clean room at a very affordable price. It is highly appreciated if the room price is included breakfast.
On the other hand, It is better if you can provide liquid soap at the sink. Easier to wash all dishes. Looking forward for the next stay.

Smooth check in process. Friendly and warm staff especially the guard. Room was spacious, bed and pillow was comfortable. Clean kitchen with big fridge and microvawe. The food was superb, experienced it during iftar buffet this year. Kids very enjoyed the pool and playground. Felt like 5star resort because it was surrounded with coconut trees and very windy environment eventhough the location just in the middle of Shah Alam city. Multiple stays in here but will surely repeat it again even my house is also situated in Shah Alam. Already bought another staycation voucher. First of all, this is my first time staying at Acapella. I have booked for 3 nights here & choose twim room. I am disappointed with the front desk service which quite impolite during our check in. And i cannot accept that we need to pay for baby cot at RM30/night. This is ridiculous as a good review hotel which charged us for baby cot which it is necessary for a family to ask for baby cot. The charges is expensive. During my 1st day also i need to ask for housekeeping to vacuum the carpet & remove the coffee table since it is not a well maintenance equipment. The water heater In the room also not functioning well.
I called on my 2nd day to ask for something, but the fromt desk team (a lady) have answered me and talked very rude to me & tell me that she will call me back cause she have a customer at the reception at that time. I am so shocked to receive this experience & could not accept it. How come as a hotel you only have 1 person to deal with all things at a time. They also could not provide us extra blanket, comforter & pillow for my children. They said that they have full house at the time. But, as hotel, you guys need to have extra for customer use. And you cannot give us a silly excuse for your issue.
I chose the room with breakfast, but the choice of food very limited & the food is so-so. Plus they even charge my kids for RM15/day for breakfast with limited choice of food for kids. They only have 1 stall (egg station) and the person in charge also have less experience in giving good service at that station. Sometime the omelette is overcooked & sometime is not. Plus, they do not Have noodle or salad station as well. I could say this is a bad experience for me and family. However, the parking is good & well maintenance. But, it is not friendly for stroller or family that using wheelchair.
The housekeeping team is very polite & have good PR. They are better to compare with the front desk team. Please educate your team to talk politely to the customers. I hope the hotel could take this feedback & comment seriously.

check in and check out time is flexible free parking with just validate credit card Free 1 glass bottle drinks per day ( but when i request more , they can provide FOC) The suite room is big , but the pillow is smelly

The Acappella Suite hotel location near Giant Hypemarket but need about 5 minutes to drive there. If walking distance is far to Giant. Hotel is provided free parking for their hotel guest.
When I make booking for the Deluxe Suite in Trip. Con the app show there is a bathtub in the Depuxe Suite, but I check in the Reception said Depuxe have no bathtub. The above app is Mia-reading. The Deluxe Suite room look clean but is dusty. There is an Air cond in the bed room and anther air cond in the living room. The air cond in the living room is cold r but the air cond in the bed room is not cold and always tripping off. The whole night have to wake up to on back the air cond. the hotel only provided TV in the living room and bedroom have no TV. The TV have no Astro program and there is Vision 4 movie only.
The breakfast is buffet style with good selection and taste is acceptable.
I will stay again if the room rate is reasonable.

The most satisfying staying experience Hotel during my business trip in Shah Alam Area. They have completed, nice and clean Gym Room which always available for me to work up as early at 6.15 am, simple and nutritious breakfast ( personally i like the most was the half boiled egg with toasted Bread). Accomodation Room is well segregate to give u “homey” experiences like separating the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Most important their front desk staff till security guard are always welcome you with warm courteous and hospitality.👍

Best hotel ever in Shah Alam!!! Very comforting, peaceful, modern and easy access. The strength of this hotel is their staff, right from the front desk, FnB and other staff, all the way up to their managers… are superb! Friendly! Accommodative! Be sure to visit their mini zoo on the roof top! It’s truly a highlight of this hotel and kids love it!! The price of this hotel is very affordable and contain privacy as well. Swimming pool is awesome! Along with kids playing area adjacent to the pool!! I enjoy every moment in this hotel and suites.

the stay was perfect, however it would be great if there's any dishwashing soap or shampoo to clean the dishes. While the amenities was perfect, however, couldn't connect to wifi as it says full. The hairdryer also doesn't have any option to blow cold or warm air and only blow relatively hot air.

Great place to stay, checkin / out was smooth. Kitchenette setting was adequate, but no dishsoap & sponge. We got 3L of drinking water prepared. However, they only provide body & hair shampoo (2in1), maybe should provide a dedicated hair / body shampoo with conditioner? Clean room, but tv is a bit old. Easy access to all kind of food within 5mins drive. Ample parking space.

We would advise you to catch a airport limo from KLIA. Tickets can be purchased after customs clearance and the journey would typically cost between RM 68-75.

iCity is located about 12 km away and is easily reachable by Grabcar within 15 minutes. Subang Airport is 16 km away and a good 20 minute journey without traffic. The way to the airport can however become congested at peak periods. Hope this helps.
