The room is clean, beautifully designed with pool view. Quiet for relaxing. The pool & playground are awesome too. Close @10pm. Children love it. Breakfast is OK, should add on live cooking section for pancake/ omelette etc. Coffee n juice option is very limited too. Over all we had good time spent there. However, the parking system should be explained n emphasised to facilitate customers. Reception staff Izzan was very friendly n helpful. A cozy n affordable place to stay in shah alam.

I always had a good experience in this hotel. But not with today experience where the gate to exit could not open after i already validate my card and had to validate again. Still same and the gate staff make it difficult ask all stupid questions while we re in a hurry to go out.

Cleanliness is superb, pillow and bed are very comfortable...however the price is not cheap. We had stayed here for several times before the pandemic, with the similar price we can get 2 rooms apartment before. Maybe nowadays everything is not cheap....the rest is good

love the suite we stayed. clean, big room. bed a bit hard but still good. not very wheelchair/stroller friendly as from carpark to lobby and around pool area have stairs with no ramp. breakfast is good for the price paid. swimming pool opens until 10pm include with pool towel. easy to find food around. kitchen is complete with utensils that we can use, but no stove.

Having a family trip last week. We book a standard room with a living hall. The bed was really hard like a bamboo bed. I remember previously is was quite comfy and bouncy. Had a back pain due to that. Then we tried the pool. The pool was poorly maintaned. Water was not circulating thus causing the water to look cloudy and dirty. Made a complain but the issue was not resolved until i check out. They need to improve more
