Went to Acapella for the 2nd time and it failed to dissapoint us. Enjoy most of the stuff offered there especially the pool staff are very organized and super friendly. While waiting for our turn to use the pool, we took our kids to Kids Club. Suprised by its new establishment, it offers lots of activities and fun. Nothing beats the kids amusement and joys. As for others, we think the menu that had during our buffet breakfast was a bit ‘downgraded’, perhaps due to MCO the choices are reduced, yet the taste are still good. Overall, we’v decided to revisit this wonderful place.

This is my first hotel after covid 19 attack Malaysia. I would say this hotel is beyond my expectation. Room is clean and spacious. Hot water and refrigerator function very well. I have 1 year old daughter with me. After breakfast, i went to kids club. Kids club is very good, spacious and fun. There is one staff takinh care this area. The staff very child friendly & entertain the children here. Lots of toy. They limit number of children in this area for physical distancing. Must book first. Name and temperature is taken. Pictures beliw show kids club area. Most important is my daughter really enjoy her time here. I also love how guards here politely remind guest who does not put on their mask. They really take seriously procedures that been set by our health ministry. I feel…
Suite room so comfortable and view swimming pool, complete with dining table, sofa, wifi tv, fridge and microwave..my son become first member of kid's club. He enjoys colouring and play train set. Its first day opening on 1st aug 2020. Breakfast just nice. The playground has a complete set and my kids enjoy it, especially trampoline.
Room 1008 Room/ bed - fantastic Toilet - fantastic Service - fantastic Pool - fantastic although can only use for 1 hour (due to pkpp guidelines) Check in - should be fantastic because staff very helpful and friendly BUT.. during registration hotel request rm100 deposit which was not mentioned earlier during online booking. They should inform in advance in trip advisor/ agoda website so guests can prepare the money. In my case, I dont have credit card & cash. Only have debit card & maybank apps (QR pay) but not acceptable. Since no choice the receptionist suggest to withdraw money at nearest atm which is at giant supermarket. Fortunately, someone heard my complaint (guest) and offer rm100. Other than that all fantastic.
